ERP (Manufacturing) Implementation & Support

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Tester to join our product engineering team building next-generation SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions. This role focuses on testing SAP QM functionalities, ensuring GxP compliance, and validating product releases across SAP S/4HANA and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP QM modules, including Inspection Lot, Results Recording, Usage Decision, Notifications, and Certificates.
• Define test strategy, create test scripts, and manage test execution cycles for product build releases.
• Validate custom developments, SAP Fiori applications, and BTP-integrated components as part of solution enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulated industry standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Conduct defect management, regression testing, and release validation in Agile sprint environments.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and functional consultants to refine acceptance criteria and ensure product quality.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP QM testing in S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in inspection types, sampling procedures, usage decision, and dynamic modification rules.
• Exposure to QM integration with PP, MM, and PLM modules.
• Practical experience with Jira, SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Familiarity with GxP validation and audit documentation requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in SAP product build or product engineering environments (SAP Labs or SAP partner ecosystem).
• Exposure to automated testing tools such as Tosca or CBTA.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori and SAP BTP-based testing scenarios.
• SAP QM or software testing certification is a plus.

What We Want You to Have
