As a Frontend Product Engineer , you will be an integral part of our mobile team, helping design and develop cross-platform mobile applications. You’ll gain hands-on experience in React Native development, work closely with Director Engineering, and contribute to building enterprise-grade applications that drive real-world impact.

We are looking for Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise expansion across multiple cities in India. The role involves extensive client interaction, legal documentation, and operational oversight.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive franchise sales and onboard new franchise partners across India.  

- Present the franchise model and conduct multiple meetings to close deals.  

- Handle end-to-end legal documentation and ensure timely agreement signings.  

- Manage complete setup of franchise stores, ensuring seamless execution.  

- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and guide them on ROI and break-even strategies.  

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align franchise sales efforts with promotional activities.

Job responsibilities: 

• Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design tasks assigned.
• Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, and affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests, and analyze the data.
• Design high-impact, functional responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work

Skills you bring to the table:

• Experience in designing SaaS products with large customer bases
• Deep expertise using Figma/Xd/Sketch, and familiarity with design systems
• Knowledge of Carbon - IBM's Design system or experience building a design system from scratch is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel-perfect deliverables.
• Ability to articulate design decisions throughout the user-centered design process.
• Ability to update and engage with stakeholders like product managers and engineers.
• Relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to collaborate with UI engineering teams will be an advantage.

Software Engineer(WordPress HTML) 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Developing and providing maintenance support for WordPress site
• Design and build responsive, cross-browser compatible pages using Wordpress (including localized versions of pages)
• Assist with helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting as needed
• Optimizing page speed of WordPress sites
• Create and maintain the documentations of development work
• Ongoing security patching
• Work closely with the members of Web Team and internal customers

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years of professional Front End Development experience
• Experience developing pages in Wordpress
• Strong understanding of CSS, HTML, Javascript,PHP
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design
• Ability to create responsive web pages from design prototypes in Figma
• Understanding of JSON, Lottie, Web Authentication, Bootstrap, React, Storybook, and Invision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work to deadlines
• PHP and WordPress experience

Experience

• 15+ years with deep expertise in Telecom domain spanning FTTx/PON, L2/L3 Packet Transport (Ethernet Switching and IP Routing) and Cloud networking from both traditional products and transformational products (disaggregated, virtualized, and based on open-source software).  

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural (design and implementation) ownership of the Radisys BBA solution
• Architect product in consultation with PLM, pre-sales, and customers
• Contributing to and working on strategic deals, enterprise frameworks and comfortable presenting to senior leadership and Customers.
• Ability to quickly engage in proposals, work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.

Domain Skills Requirement:

• Deep knowledge of Telecom with FTTH solution is a must.. Hands-on experience in developing access solutions based on PON technologies
• Experience with deploying product at scale in a carrier-grade network
• Hands-on experience in developing Microservices in a container, orchestration, CI/CD-based environment.
• SDN and NFV 
• Wireline: ONF’s SEBA and VOLTHA Community and the challenges 
• CUPS (Control and User Plane Separation) 
• Wireline Access: OLTs, BNGs, ONTs, Residential Gateways (RGs) 
• PON Technologies: GPON, XGS-PON, NGPON-2, and Higher speed next gen PON standards (25G, 50G, 100G) 
• Ethernet Switching (L2) & IP Routing (L3); Software Defined Networking (ONOS, ODL) 
• Installing, running, and managing with Kubernetes (k8s) and Containers 
• Management and Orchestration (e.g., ONAP), Network Management, OSS/BSS, and TM Forum standards 
• Practitioner of Agile/SCRUM/SAFe

Qualification:

• Masters / Bachelor in any discipline of Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics preferred)
