Strong project management skills and proactiveness, given the long sales cycle and pilot (free trials) heavy nature of deals.

Strong first principles understanding of business fundamentals; Ability to understand the product at a granular level; Ability to empathise with the end user, and understand their pain points

Strong first principles understanding of different stages of the sales funnel, and experience with good CRM hygiene

Strong first principles understanding of sales processes e.g. MEDDPICC

Willingness to get your hands dirty and do the grunt work in the early days.

MANDATORY - Willing to work in the US time zone (~4 am IST) on weekdays (Mon-Fri) because the majority of our clients are based in the US. You have flexibility on when you want to start your day in the afternoon (IST), or take breaks (e.g. family time, gym etc). This role will require you to stretch outside your comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop engaging, persuasive, and original content for websites, blogs, social media,

email campaigns, paid ads, and more.

 Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts,

and develop messaging.

 Understand brand tone of voice and maintain consistency across all communications.

 Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice tailored to different audiences.

 Edit and proofread copy as needed, ensuring high editorial standards are met across

all outputs.

 Conduct research and interviews when required to understand products, target

audiences, and industry trends.

 Optimize copy for SEO best practices without sacrificing quality or tone.

 Contribute to content strategies that drive engagement, leads, and brand loyalty.

 Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of content marketing, digital trends, and platform

updates.

Key Responsibilities

•        As a part of the DevOps team, you will be responsible for configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the CI/CD components.

•        Creating and managing build and release pipelines with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

Essential Requirements

•        Good hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS & GCP. (Preferably Azure)

•        Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles.

•        Strong work experience with CI/CD implementation tools like Azure DevOps, Team city, Octopus Deploy, AWS Code Deploy, and Jenkins.

•        Experience of writing automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.

•        GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Continuous Integration (CI) system.

•        Understanding of secure DevOps practices

Good to Have -

•        Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash

•        Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban, etc.

JD : Medical Representative Sales

Role:

1. Tie up with Pharmacies for execution of customer orders received through Anahad App

2. Get company agreement signed by pharmacies in specified timelines.

3. Train Pharmacies on the process for receiving , processing and execution of Anahad App orders

4. Coordinate with call centre team for resolving execution issues of partner pharmacies

5. Manage payment settlement with partner pharmacies

6. Ensure timely submission of reports by partner pharmacies like GMV, product wise sale report, etc.

Candidate Profile:

1. Must have atleast two years experience as sales executive in a reputed Pharma company, preferably Over the counter (OTC) or consumer division.

2. Must have worked in the same geography/City for atleast one year

3. Must have good rapport with the Pharmacies and top Distributors in the city

4. Must have own two wheeler for better mobility to be used for company field work.

5. Must have good working knowledge of the terms and conditions of the Pharma Distribution channel prevailing in the city like discount offered by distributors to pharmacies, payment terms, discount offered by pharmacies to customers, etc.

Job responsibilities will be cross-functional - ranging from "clean" coding to architectural changes to client interactions. Over a period of time, you're expected to challenge the existing tech stack and add your baby components to it. A person should be a team player, should have an eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
