What will you do?
● Partner closely with our partners in product management to understand the customers who use it, empathize with them, and imagine creative ways we can make their insurance experience dramatically better.
● Transforming complex requirements into simple understandable and usable experiences.
● Defining user flows, information architecture, lofi and visual design.
● Validating your solutions before development.
● Identifying success metrics for design projects and keeping an active track of it.
● Creating high-quality prototypes and detailed specs to effectively communicate your designs to the development team and other stakeholders.
● Always keeping in mind our customers and their interests while designing.
● Review the performance of the release and identify learnings and build hypotheses.
● Constantly pitching in new ideas to improve product experiences/adoption/other key areas.

CTC up to 30 Lacs

• Develop key functionality and core capabilities for RDandX Network’s services using
Java/J2EE stack
• Design and develop RDandX Network’s microservices and ensure bug free code is pushed to
the deployment pipeline to support large volume of transactions
• Define and communicate the technical design requirements to the Network’s stakeholders
and the Engineering lead
• Responsible for building restful services to integrate with third party services like AdWords
and Facebook marketing API
• Responsible for designing the technical architecture of the different services and
maintaining and upgrading it
• Designing the unit test cases and building the framework for the development team to
enforce the unit testing in all the services
• Be involved and participate in the end to end products’ lifecycle management
• Learn about new technologies and Stay up to date with best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, system administrators and

1. Understand, meet and surpass clients expectations and objectives

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
