UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a user-experience and user interface designer responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes.

We are the largest online legal / tax / compliance service providers in India. Our business is technology driven and our app is already servicing customers across India and abroad.

Our dev team comprises seasoned and experienced developers along with Senior Resources for mentoring. We are looking forward to expanding our team.

UX Engineer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the product. Depending on requirements, as a product engineer, she/he will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following.

• Conducting and executing research processes, Usability Audits under the guidance of Lead UX Engineer
• Creating personas and establishing the critical information flow that allows the personas to establish specific goals
• Wireframes
• Navigation Structures
• Storyboards
• Interactive Guidelines
• Click through Prototypes
• Low fidelity grid based HTML outputs
• Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams. Currently we are using Miro for this - We consider this very important as it clearly establishes your line of thought against the given problem

  Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and design of innovative solutions using the latest UX design guidelines
  • Must have the ability to work within a design team and be open to critique
  • Sketch ideas and assist with storyboard creation, creative collaborative personality
  • Work with project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work
  • Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements; follow agile methodology
  • Facilitate product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

  Key Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of current UI/UX trends and product design guidelines
  • Proficiency in using multiple tools and techniques in order to arrive at the right solutionNow we need to conduct test remotely for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design

What you'll do

● Lead and oversee experience design projects and programs that influence positive change/impact across one more adjacent product teams

● Build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using best-in-class UI frameworks, and design systems to tackle difficult UX problems

● Partner closely with cross-functional partners to build strategic and impactful experience roadmaps

● Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and co-creation sessions that focus stakeholders on solving the underlying root causes of user/customer pain points instead of jumping to end-solutions

● Be a key stakeholder in building the design team and be sought out by adjacent teams for your obsession with craft quality and domain expertise

● Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond

● Build flows and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems

● Obsess over the details of visual and motion design

● Work with product managers to define products (requirements, strategic functionality, bold bets), not just translate them into design execution.

● Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in product, engineering, and operations

● Partner with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs

Basic Qualifications

● 7+years of UI/UXdesign experience

● A portfolio showing your high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work

● A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related fields (B.Des, M.Des etc) ● Strategic product thinker with the ability to understand product goals, identify opportunities and make decisions based on the impact on people and the company

● Interaction design experience with the ability to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs. Ability to use prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work

● Experience with a breadth of design disciplines- design thinking, applied service design, user experience research, and beyond

● Must know-Figma,,Adobe Creative Cloud, Lottie files, Prototyping and deep understanding of components, design systems

● Must have experience with designing 0-1 products and scaling them

● Must have an understanding of visual and motion graphics to work with visual & motion designers to incorporate the requirements in the design process

● Must have worked with small to medium-sized teams in fast-paced environment

● Visual design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense

● Good to have-Worked directly with Startup founders or executives to bring ideas to real-life. Fintech experience is a plus.

• A strong Portfolio in any of the one categories; a consumer-facing App/SAAS/,  B2B enterprise software.  

• An outstanding portfolio showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and ideation.

• you have technical expertise in wire-framing, interface design, and user flows

• Sound understanding of design components and Their use cases.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, XD, Figma, and Overflow. Knowledge of UI Animation will be a plus
