Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure seamless task execution, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and communicate via email, phone, and messaging platforms

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products/services

- Track deliveries and follow up with logistics partners

- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation

- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements

- Manage front desk operations, handle enquiries, and process orders

- Generate invoices, manage sales/purchase reports, and oversee daily operations

- Create e-way bills, DCs, and update POs

Requirements

- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

- Basic conversation ability in Telugu/Hindi (preferable)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Expertise in fabrics and merchandising is a must.

- Ability to work independently and as a team

- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end solution design and technical architecture for SAP projects and connected enterprise systems.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable SAP technical solutions.
• Configure SAP modules in line with defined business processes and project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment on solution design and implementation.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including solution blueprints, configuration guides, and test cases.
• Oversee and support the testing lifecycle: unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure integration with non-SAP systems follows enterprise standards and architecture best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and engage in solution reviews and risk assessments.

Required Skills:

• 8-12 years of IT experience, with at least 4-6 years as a Solution/Technical Architect in SAP environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Fiori, BTP, ABAP, or other modules as required).
• Proven ability to design integrations between SAP and third-party systems.
• Excellent skills in solution documentation, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• SAP certifications (technical or functional) are highly desirable.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SAP on cloud.
• Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies like SAP BTP, AI/ML in SAP, RPA, etc.
• Experience working in large-scale global rollouts or transformation programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with international students, their parents, and friends and provide right information and advice on study opportunities and visa application for International Institutions.
• Submit applications to the educational institutions, obtain offers and facilitate enrolments
• Follow- up with potential students and maximise conversion by submitting applications and finalising enrolments.
• Maintain proper and comprehensive records and documentations including the ability to learn on own initiatives and research best study options for students.

This role (Sr. Service Engineer) provides after sales support to north and east region customers located in Delhi/Punjab/Rajasthan/West Bengal and other north east cities.

In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:

1. MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• Commissioning of Pumps and Controls in western region

• To work closely with Regional sales team and provide efficient after sales support

1. 2^ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• Provide timely warranty service support to all customers in the region

• Co ordinate with factory Quality team and give feed back about field failures

1. 3^RD MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
