Jombay is a Behavior to Bottomline company. We have expertise in Behavioral Assessments, 360 feedback and Development. Jombay's product suite is used for hiring, promotions, competency assessments and psychometric selfie. We work with Citi, Nestle, Taj Hotels, HDFC Bank, Practo, PayTM, WNS, Tata AIA, Titan, Infosys, Indigo Airlines and many others. Jombay was selected among India's most promising HR products by People Matters, Business World & NHRDN for 2014. Jombay's web and backend platform was built, and is being maintained by a lean team of 4 engineers (including myself). As we gear towards adding more products to our suite, we are looking to expand our engineering team. We are looking for team mates to join a set of highly passionate product builders who are set to build the next valuable company and a real business in India. We are looking for people who: Have experience in building highly scalable iOS applications for at least 2 years Have worked with a product startup Have built quality iOS products using Objective C or Swift (preferred) Have had hands-on experience with local databases such as Realm or SQLite Understand and have demonstrated best practices in front-end UI and UX implementation with UIKit, Core Animations, Auto Layouts Love to implement world class UI without using Storyboard Have worked with iOS applications involving REST APIs and integration using Alamofire Have worked with SCMs like Git and/or Subversion Having handled applications that drive high traffic is a plus Are currently living or are willing to live in Pune
