Over the past two years we’ve combined vector search and large language models to give lawyers instant access to case law and legislation. We’re entering a new expansion phase: building an all‑in‑one legal workplace platform that unifies a searchable casebase (like AustLII/Jade.io), agentic workflows, practice management tools and Microsoft Word integrations—delivering the AI assistance analogous to Harvey with the casebase power of Lexis AI+. To achieve this, we’re growing our development team in Bangalore and seeking a Head of Engineering who can own the technical vision and build out our team in India.

What you need to have:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an analytical discipline and/or equivalent experience
• Must have experience with Implementing RSA Aveksa/ IGL
• Must have experience with Active Directory (AD), LDAP and/or X 500 directory services,
• Must have experience with JavaScript, HTML, C++ and/or XML programming,
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record,
• Excellent communication and team skills,

• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
• Communicate with product designers and developers to understand product details and documentation requirements.
• Gather and analyze technical and product information to document new or changing product functionality.
• Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
• Create video tutorials, help manuals to help end-users use applications
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and guides
• Good command over the English language

• Generating leads via Interacting with clients for projects allotment and make a clear understanding of their requirements
