Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective
clients and play a key role in growing the customer base. You will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tours & Product Demonstration

services.
2. Inbound Lead Management
Handle online and telephonic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Convert inquiries into centre visits and ensure consistent follow-up.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales of Flexi Desks, Dedicated Desks, and Private Cabins (up to 20 seats).
Participate in training programs to gradually handle larger inventory deals.
Actively promote alternate seat revenue products like Meeting Rooms, Virtual
Offices, Day Passes, and Training Rooms.
4. Sales MIS & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, proposals, and conversions in
the Sales MIS.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and reports.
5. Aggregator & Broker Management
Map and manage relationships with coworking aggregators and brokers such as
Qdesq, MyHQ, Cofynd, etc.
Drive lead generation through these platforms and explore new partnerships.
6. Client Relations & Retention
Liaise with the operations team to ensure quick resolution of client issues within
defined TATs.
Maintain high client satisfaction through excellent post-sales support and relationship
management.
- Configure, optimize, document, and support of the infrastructure components of software products (which are hosted in collocated facilities and cloud services such as AWS)
- Design and build tools and frameworks that support deployment and management and platforms
- Design, build, and deliver cloud computing solutions, hosted services, and underlying software infrastructures
- Build core functionality of our cloud-based platform product, deliver secure, reliable services and construct third party integrations
- Assist in coaching application developers on proper DevOps techniques for building scalable applications in the microservices paradigm
- Foster collaboration with software product development and architecture teams to ensure releases are delivered with repeatable and auditable processes
- Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup, and restores of different environments
- Work independently across multiple platforms and applications to understand dependencies
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of continuous integration environments
- Design and architect solutions for existing client-facing applications as they are moved into cloud environments such as AWS
- Competencies
- Full understanding of scripting and automated process management in languages such as Shell, Ruby and/ or Python
- Working Knowledge SCM tools such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.

Role Summary: In this role, the person would be responsible for people development and managing end-to-end merchant onboarding operations spanning lead generation, seller onboarding, and post-launch engagement. He/she will Identify, engage, onboard and support merchants.
Job Description
- Responsible for the overall merchant onboarding operational performance
- Perform Lead generation activities – Identify potential sellers through primary and secondary research, business listings, industry-specific databases, social media, referrals, and outbound calling – to build a healthy pipeline
- Put together acquisition collateral, sales scripts, segment database for approachable sellers, begin building sales pipeline
- Pre-screen sellers to ensure acceptance based against GMV potential & category suitability
- Assist sellers through the onboarding process
- Draft weekly written report and full sales funnel overview allowing for full clarity on sellers contacted and pipeline progress achieved
- Post-launch engagement – Track seller performance to maximize merchandise sale value, drive sponsored product and coupon adoption, order management, boost sales conversation, and merchant training, relationship management and support
- Manage onboarding experience including resolving onboarding / KYC related issues or KYC issues and exceptions to provide an exceptional merchant onboarding experience
- Ownership of Day-to-day operations to ensure all deliverables are met
- Identify Improvement Opportunities in Onboarding function, work with Product & Business teams for implementation.
- Gather all key learnings from Sellers and standardize, automate and scale the onboarding process, through partnership with internal stakeholders and use of technology.
