About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Candidate to join our digital team. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and landing pages
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools
• Track rankings, traffic, and prepare SEO performance reports
• Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
• Improve website speed, indexing, and technical SEO factors

Required Skills

• Good understanding of On-Page & Off-Page SEO
• Knowledge of Technical SEO basics
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
• Understanding of keyword planning and content optimization
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and website structure
• Good analytical and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to be a part of our growth story and we like your profile for it.

You'll be working as the SEO Team Lead, with the assistance of our 6 members tech team, 4 members' content team, and 1 junior SEO Analyst. You will be directly reporting to our Chief Growth Officer who's got more than 11yrs experience with SEO.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 3yrs+ experience in SEO (preferably in consumer tech, e-commerce, banking, financial services or education segments)

- expertise in Google Analytics/SEMrush/similar web analytics platform

- well-versed with Google Algorithm updates

- Very high attention to detail, obsessed with the details & spotting opportunities to optimize

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills and a very high sense of ownership and integrity

1. At least 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
2. Experience in working with large-scale IT infra, including applications, databases, and networks.​

4. Hands-on experience in Linux and scripting.
