UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage customers, and support international market expansion. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Product Positioning & Messaging: 

○ Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights value propositions and resonates with target audiences globally. 

2. Go-To-Market Strategy: 

○ Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams. 

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create launch campaigns, content, and 

resources. 

3. Market Research & Insights: 

○ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. 

○ Use data-driven insights to refine product and marketing strategies for international markets. 

4. Content Development: 

○ Create and oversee the development of marketing assets such as product demos, brochures, videos, case studies, and thought leadership content. 

5. International Marketing: 

○ Build and execute marketing strategies for global markets, adapting campaigns to cultural nuances and regional demands. 

○ Partner with local teams, distributors, or agencies to drive regional success. 

6. Customer Engagement: 

Develop strategies to build customer advocacy through testimonials, reviews, and case studies. 

○ Lead customer feedback loops to influence product improvements and innovations.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting: 

○ Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.

○ Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and product adoption. 

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsibilities:

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Performance tuning, improvement, and optimization of the application
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with Mongo DB/Dynamo DB

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role

4+ years of experience in web technologies & React Native.

Mandatory: Problem solving, Team player, Target & Result oriented Passionate about sports.

Functional: JavaScript, JavaScript Object Model, React Native, Native Build Tools, XCode and Android Studio, React Native workflows (such as Context or Redux and Redux Thunk Middleware), Maintaining Reusable Components and Libraries, Animations and Transitions, Integrate Third-Party APIs, GIT & JIRA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coding and debugging pure JavaScript, polyglot and multi-lingual applications.
• Working closely with Technical Lead/Project Manager to ensure development timelines are met.
• Contribute with ideas to improve system design or streamline product delivery.
• Working with challenging applications involving Real-Time Data.
• Working on different platforms including the usage of the Native SDKs provided on JavaScript.

This position is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

What You’ll Do

• Strong experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on time, on-schedule and within budget close
• Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
• Strong experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
• Strong experience on documentation – Confluence or similar tools.
• Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Addressing issues, flag risks and jointly determine mitigation approaches.
• Experience in implementing complex applications with multiple work-streams across geographically distributed teams (Onshore/Offshore model).
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

What You’ll Need

• Bachelors or Masters Degree (preferred) in Business / Computer Science / Engineering / MBA
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Good listening skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Google Slides / MS PowerPoint
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
