Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
• Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
• Manage the compensation and benefits program, including developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Maintain HR records and ensure that employee files are up-to-date and accurate.
• Develop and implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Candidate will work in Sales Department too for generating business of Company by selling Digital Marketing Packages.

Candidate will be working on backend operations on the client's accounts at Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. 

Candidate should have knowledge of Excel Formulas.

Candidate should be an easy learner and needs to be clever enough to understand the backend process easily.  

Candidate should be able to write and understand English.

Candidate should be smart enough to grab the training which will be provided here by our Organization.

Candidate should be open to learning whenever the need arises.

Candidate should be soft spoken while speaking to clients.

• Deploy company Application on customer public cloud and on-premise data centers
• Building Kubernetes based workflows for wide variety of use cases
• Document and Automate the deployment process for internal and external deployments
• Interacting with customers over call to deployment and debugging
• Deployment and Product Support

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure development, or development and operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in docker and kubernetes.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes. Aware of Kubernetes Internals, Networking etc. Experience with Linux infrastructures tools.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Extensive experience in setting up Kubernetes on AWS, Azure etc.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Big Data Tools like Hadoop, Spark.
• Experience with Java Application Debugging.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana etc

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Manage calls and respond to customer’s email
• Provide product and services information to customers
• Approach expected customers and give a presentation on current projects and services
• Research required information using available resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Qualifications and skills:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Fluency in English, preferred American accent)
• Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately

• Be creative, with a good eye for a picture
  
• Have excellent technical and Photographic and Video graphic skills.
  
• Have good communication and people skills.
  
• Have good IT skills, especially with computer programs such as Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.
  
• Ability to use different types of photographic equipment and photography software.
  
• Understanding of artificial and natural lighting and how it affects different settings, shapes and skin tones.
  
• A keen eye for detail and a well-developed artistic and creative aesthetic.
  
• Keeping up-to-date with technology and method in the industry.
• Good Software Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.
