About the role :-

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who embraces the combination of form and function. This individual is an experienced, data-driven professional focused on helping to evaluate and craft conversion-centric, digital strategies & experiences to help improve the metrics that matter most to business.. You should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, website analytics and the UX conversion strategies & tactics that help drive performance and insights.. You’ll be working alongside a team of delightful designers, developers and digital media professionals to help deliver optimization programs .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
● Create and execute deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users. This could include items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and persona development.
● Design, build and execute split testing, multivariate testing and other testing approaches for websites, emails and landing page
● Identify and test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate and consumer engagement
● Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests
● Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
● Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
● Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
● Create design, content and development guidelines based on findings from winning tests
● Maintain a constant awareness of all competitor and industry activity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :-
● Proficiency in using Google Analytics (Google Analytics Individual Qualification is a plus)
● Understand best practices for UI and UX for websites, applications, mobile, and desktop
● Hands-on experience using A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
● Understand the importance of statistical significance when analyzing experiment results
● Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What We Are Looking For
- 7-10 years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity (SOC, SIEM, XDR, MDR, or adjacent)
- Genuinely hands-on: you write your own copy, build your own decks, and design basic visuals using AI tools
- Actively uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva, etc.) as a daily force multiplier, not an occasional experiment
- Strong writer with an instinct for what makes a CISO stop and read
- Deep enough technical fluency to understand agentic AI, LLM limitations, and SOC workflows and translate them for buyers
- Comfortable collaborating with US teams across time zones with high ownership and async discipline
- Startup mindset: you define your own briefs, set your own priorities, and ship without hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to MSSPs or managed security buyers

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer/IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions that ensure secure access to our systems and applications. This role involves collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements and deliver scalable and efficient IAM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- The technical developer must comprehend and implement customization based on specifications in business requirement documents or sprint tasks.
