Business Development Executive

As a BDE , you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism, confidence, and a consultative mindset — opening doors and setting the tone for long-term, high-value partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Own outbound prospecting: Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads through email, calls, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.
• Drive discovery: Book and coordinate meetings between prospects and our sales team through smart targeting and relationship-building.
• Master the pitch: Deliver compelling messaging that reflects deep understanding of customer pain points and our unique value.
• Work in sync: Partner with sales and marketing to refine lead qualification strategies and pipeline development.
• Crush metrics: Consistently exceed KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
• Stay sharp: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor moves, and industry shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles — preferably in high-pressure, quota-driven environments (e.g., tech, SaaS, finance, or agency sales).
• Flawless communication skills: You speak and write with clarity, polish, and a persuasive edge.
• High emotional intelligence: You know how to read people, build trust, and tailor conversations.
• Self-driven & accountable: You don’t need micromanaging. You own your outcomes.
• Resilient mindset: You handle rejection like a pro and bounce back stronger every time.
• Tech-savvy: Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), prospecting tools, and outreach automation platforms.
• Remote-ready: You have a reliable remote setup and are comfortable working US business hours.
