Business Development Executive

Has substantial expertise in Linux OS, Https, Proxy knowledge, Perl, Python scripting & hands-on

Is responsible for the identification and selection of appropriate network solutions to design and deploy in environments based on business objectives and requirements.

Is skilled in developing, deploying, and troubleshooting network deployments, with deep technical knowledge, especially around Bootstrapping & Squid Proxy, Https, scripting equivalent knowledge. Further align the network to meet the Company’s objectives through continuous developments, improvements and automation.

Preferably 10+ years of experience in network design and delivery of technology centric, customer-focused services.

Preferably 3+ years in modern software-defined network and preferably, in cloud-based environments.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or its equivalent.

Preferably possess a valid RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) certification

Preferably possess any vendor Proxy certification (Forcepoint/ Websense/ bluecoat / equivalent)

Must possess advanced knowledge in TCP/IP concepts and fundamentals.  Good understanding and working knowledge of Squid proxy, Https protocol / Certificate management.

Fundamental understanding of proxy & PAC file.

Integration experience and knowledge between modern networks and cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP will be advantageous.

Knowledge in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and virtualization will be advantageous.

Coding skills such as Perl, Python, Shell scripting will be advantageous.

Excellent technical knowledge, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and outside-the-box thinking.

Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation, across various types of target audiences.

Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organization’s goals and objectives. Exudes confidence, able to cope under pressure and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive a project to success in a challenging environment.

As part of the Cloud Platform / Devops team at Upswing, you will get to work on building state-of-the-art infrastructure for the future. You will also be –

• Building Infrastructure on AWS driven through terraform and building automation tools for deployment, infrastructure management, and observability stack 
• Building and Scaling on Kubernetes
• Ensuring the Security of Upswing Cloud Infra
• Building Security Checks and automation to improve overall security posture 
• Building automation stack for components like JVM-based applications, Apache Pulsar, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Reporting Infra, etc.
• Mentoring people across the teams to enable best practices 
• Mentoring and guiding team members to upskill and helm them develop work class Fintech Infrastructure

You should have

• Curiosity for on-the-job learning and experimenting with new technologies and ideas
• A strong background in Linux environment
• Must have Programming skills and Experience
• Strong experience in Cloud technologies, Security and Networking concepts, Multi-cloud environments, etc.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (GoLang/Python/Ruby/Groovy)
• Experience in Terraform is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is required 
• Understanding of the Java Technologies and Stack
• Any other Devops related experience will be considered

B2B Marketing Generalist

Description:

This role will be a mix of client management and project management. You’ll be expected to understand the client’s goals, weekly and monthly SLAs, and lead a team to delivery. Have you worked with marketing and sales teams in an integrated manner and targeted enterprise clients in different geographies across the globe? Do you understand enterprise sales cycles, buying processes, different roles? Do you have exposure to different domains, industries, marketing, and sales technologies? Do you understand the big picture better than the details? This job might be for you! 

Competencies:

• Able to multitask independently with minimal supervision
• Naturally able to think critically and take independent decisions
• Meticulous with project documentation

Skills:

• Experience with social media, digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and marketing analytics tools

Experience:

• Demonstrable B2B GTM experience that includes SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

• Ability to write/execute creative and project briefs and communicate technical info with ease.
