Key Responsibilities
● AI-First Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation, MVP, and versioning (v1, v2, v3) to end-of-life—using AI tools to accelerate each stage.
● Rapid Prototyping: Utilize AI-powered platforms like Lovable.dev to create and test product ideas and functional prototypes, gathering user feedback at lightning speed.
● Intelligent Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed BRDs, feature specifications, and user stories by leveraging AI to synthesize research and data into clear requirements.
● Metrics and Growth: Define, monitor, and drive key product metrics. Use AI tools for data analysis and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
● User Engagement & Onboarding: Implement and optimize strategies using modern product engagement and onboarding tools to ensure users achieve value quickly and remain active.
● Changelog & Communication: Maintain a meticulous public-facing changelog and clearly communicate product updates and the "why" behind them to all stakeholders.
● Agile Leadership: Lead a cross-functional squad, manage the product backlog, and ensure the engineering team is aligned and empowered to build lovable features.
Qualifications and Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills:
● Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong portfolio of shipped SaaS products.
● Hands-on experience with AI-powered ideation, design, or prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable.dev, Galileo AI, or similar) is a must.
● Demonstrable experience creating product documentation (BRDs, specs) with the assistance of AI tools.
● Expertise with modern product analytics and user engagement tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, Appcues).
● Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive product decisions.
● Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and experience leading a development team.

About the role
You can demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamentals of product design
- customer understanding, funnel metrics, translating qualitative and quantitative
understanding into actionable insights, understanding of tech and infra constraints (for Web and Mobile), ability to conceptualise solutions within tight
constraints (time & tech), track performance of the product once live and iterate.
You are driven by a desire to think through problems deeply and solve them well -
you understand that UI is only a layer, not a solution.
You have great taste for good design and know how to translate taste into
outcomes. You take pride in your attention to detail and strive for perfection from
concept to product. You have experience creating web & mobile apps/products
with end to end ownership - you know, intimately, the working differences
between web standards, PWAs on mobile, Material Design on Android and iOS
design guidelines.
You have worked in dynamic, collaborative environments and worked alongside
product managers and engineers. You are articulate and can clearly rationalise
and communicate your design assumptions and decisions. You take ownership
and can work independently, get things done over multiple communication

You will own and manage product and feature design end-to-end for web and
mobile. You will be responsible for customer & market understanding, concept &
