About The Role

• As a Data Platform Lead, you will utilize your strong technical background and hands-on development skills to design, develop, and maintain data platforms.
• Leading a team of skilled data engineers, you will create scalable and robust data solutions that enhance business intelligence and decision-making.
• You will ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of data systems while mentoring your team to achieve excellence.
• Collaborating closely with our client’s CXO-level stakeholders, you will oversee pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s (M. Tech., M.S.) in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institutes like IIT, NIT preferred
• Overall 6–8 years of experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience and a strong technical background
• Experience working in mid size IT Services company is preferred

Preferred Certification

• AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty
• AWS Solution Architect Professional
• Azure Data Engineer + Solution Architect
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer / ML Professional

Technical Expertise

• Advanced knowledge of distributed architectures and data modeling practices.
• Extensive experience with Data Lakehouse systems like Databricks and data warehousing solutions such as Redshift and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with data technologies such as Apache Spark, SQL, Airflow, Kafka, Jenkins, Hadoop, Flink, Hive, Pig, HBase, Presto, and Cassandra.
• Knowledge in BI tools including PowerBi, Tableau, Quicksight and open source equivalent like Superset and Metabase is good to have.
• Strong knowledge of data storage formats including Iceberg, Hudi, and Delta.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, Scala, Go, or Java.
• Ability to architect end-to-end solutions from data ingestion to insights, including designing data integrations using ETL and other data integration patterns.
• Experience working with multi-cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

1 To Generate Market Qualified leads from various sources according to Business Generation Plan and revenue target

Sources: Web Browsing , Directories of association, B2B Portal etc.

2 To Entertain the leads provided by the Marketing department as per the sales manual

3 To do proper suspecting and prospecting of the client and gather basic information before entertaining or presenting any document / communication to client

4 To Identify the Gate Keeper, Key Influencer, Key Decision maker, and blocker for the key Accounts

5 To understand the client requirement and provide the required techno-commercial presentation over a call/ meeting (Persoanl / Virtual)

6 To handle the objection / attitude of the prospect

7 To practice and preach the competititve advantage / sales burger / etc. of the company to improve closing ratio

8 To show the effective negotiation skills during telephonic / Personal Meeting and close the sales as per the company’s sales policy

9 To maintain and verify all order documents like Quotation (Pro-forma) PO, SO Etc in Sequntial manner

10 To take timely (after every 3 months)follow up for new order and requirements and milk the account for up selling

11 To generate reference from existing client and collect the testimony

12 To Maintain Sales Funnel acordingl to lead and Customer Categoty

13 To prepare the MIS and submit to reporting authority time to time or during monthly review meeting

14 To share the bottlenecks faced during sales call / deal and get the appropriate and reasonable solution of it from reporting authority

15 To Quarterly plan one visit to Key accounts for up selling

16 To plan and approve the sales tour from reporting authority

17 To maintain the tour expense / data as per policy

18 To use technology and software carefully to prevent data and information

19 To provide information of new market research to reporting authority

20 To upgrade own self on functional and managerial

21 To attend shows/ exhibition on behalf of the company

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage cloud compute and data storage infrastructure for multiple instances of AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage VPCs, security groups, and user access to our various public cloud systems and services.
• Develop processes and procedures for using cloud-based infrastructures, including, access key rotation, disaster recovery, and building new services.
• Help the business control costs by categorizing and tagging assets running in the cloud.
• Develop scripts and workflows to manage cloud computing systems
• Provide oversight on log aggregation and application performance monitoring surrounding our production environments.

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in the provision, configuring, administrating, automating, monitoring, and supporting enterprise Cloud services
• Strong experience in designing, building, maintaining and securing AWS resources for high-availability and production level systems and services
• Familiar with Cloud concepts with practical hands-on experience on any Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Elastic Load-balancers, S3, Elastic File system, VPC, Route53, and IAM.
• Providing 24/7 support for the application and Infrastructure support
• Prior experience using infrastructure as a code software tool like Terraform.
• Knowledge in software provisioning, configuration management, and application-deployment tools like Ansible.
• Working knowledge of container technologies like Docker & Kubernetes cluster operations.
• Familiarity with software automation tools Git, Jenkins, Code Pipeline, SonarQube

 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or software engineering roles.

 B. Tech. in computer science or related field from top tier engineering colleges.

 Strong technical skills in software development, systems administration, and cloud infrastructure management.

 Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terra form or Cloud Formation.

 Experience with containerization technologies such as Dockers and Kubernetes.

 Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.

 Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an analytical discipline and/or equivalent experience
• Must have experience with Implementing RSA Aveksa/ IGL
• Must have experience with Active Directory (AD), LDAP and/or X 500 directory services,
• Must have experience with JavaScript, HTML, C++ and/or XML programming,
