Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively pursue inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into positive leads through effective sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and expanding the client base.
Market Research: Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and stay updated on competitors to strategize effectively.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and campaign goals.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

A Business Development Executive (BDE) typically has the following job duties:
1. Identifying new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, and participation in industry events.
2. Researching and analyzing sales options, and then pursuing the most promising leads.

Responsibilities:
- Work with product managers to find solutions to critical problems, face internal customers, and create requirements.
- Triage and fix critical issues that arise in the field that affect our core product.
- Manage git repositories, pull requests, and review code.
- Communicate properly & promptly with all stakeholders.
- Build a proof-of-concept for new products from scratch.
- Optimize, clean up, and comment on the existing codebase.
Requirements:
- Must have 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Must be an expert in JavaScript/Typescript with ES6+ features, Node.js, ReactJS, and Redux
- Must be an expert in HTML5 CSS3 SASS, and Webpack.
- You are proficient with RESTful API design and implementation using Node.js.0
- Proficiency in relational (MySQL, Cloud Spanner etc. ) and non-relational (MongoDB, Google Cloud Firestore etc. ) databases.
- Must be an expert in data structure and creating highly optimized algorithms.
- Should have a working knowledge of GCP services like App Engine, CloudSQL, Compute Engine etc.
- Should have a working understanding of microservices patterns, serverless design, and event-based architecture.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and paradigms.
