Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive – SEO to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the SEO team, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of tasks, and high-quality service. This role requires strong coordination skills, understanding of SEO fundamentals, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.
• Understand client requirements, goals, and expectations to convey them effectively to the internal SEO team.
• Coordinate with SEO strategists, content writers, and technical team to ensure timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
• Prepare and share SEO performance reports, updates, and insights with clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule review meetings with clients.
• Assist in strategy development by understanding client industries and competitor landscapes.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress to ensure everything stays on track.
• Work with the team to improve processes and enhance client experience.
• Maintain documentation of client communications, project updates, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, on-page, backlinks, analytics, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Ability to analyze SEO reports and give meaningful insights to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound/inbound calls to introduce Firmway's software solutions and services.
• Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and explaining how our software can meet their requirements.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to create interest and excitement about Firmway's software and setup meetings on a daily basis for the sales team.
• Effectively handle objections and address any concerns or questions raised by potential clients during the conversation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
• Follow-up with the prospects before the scheduled meeting and get them to join the call.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for setting up qualified meetings with potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate our unique value proposition.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on clients' insights and needs.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection-handling skills. 

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Essential skills: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
• Code Ignitor and Laravel development experience a big plus
• Advanced knowledge of SQL is important
• Should be able to analyze requirement and design robust system
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

 PHP Developer SKILLS & Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in PHP and Laravel.
Database Management tools such as MySQL.
The candidate has worked on the web application or REST API for apps, Laravel, Node Js.

Has experience or can work in a team as well as a single person.
Experience building or maintaining a CMS.
