About the Role

As a Functional Solution Architect, you will be the bridge between complex business needs and technical execution. You’ll lead the design and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, specifically focusing on Project Operations and CE (Customer Engagement) modules. You will act as a high-level advisor, ensuring that solutions are scalable, follow industry best practices, and integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Ownership: Design end-to-end functional solutions for D365 Project Operations and CE.
• Business Consultation: Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate "business talk" into "system design."
• Module Configuration: Hands-on setup of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), costing, billing, budgeting, and resource management.
• Integration Strategy: Define how data flows between Finance modules, Dataverse, and third-party systems.
• Leadership: Mentor functional consultants and lead the team through testing and deployment phases.
• Pre-sales Support: Assist in proposals and provide high-impact solution demonstrations for potential clients.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Core Platforms: Deep expertise in D365 Project Operations, CE Modules, and Dataverse.
• Power Platform: Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and Power Automate for workflow logic.
• Lifecycle Management: Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP/CRM implementations.

Connectivity: Understanding of integration patterns and APIs.

Qualifications & Good to Have

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or IT).
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Specific Experience: Previous experience in a Lead Consultant role is highly preferred.

Key aspects of this role:
• Maintain, update, and enhance ITSM environment including Incident, Request,
Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals,
SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations
• Participate in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products
outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and
troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
To be the right fit, you will need:
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and
configuration.
• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow
Platform technology and tools.
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes
(Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog), PPM/ITBM
• Understanding of IT and business requirements with ability to develop, test, deploy
improvements, and update Manage and administer lists, filters, forms, platform
interfaces (to other data sources) and the data within tables, import sets and the
CMDB.
• Preferably certified in ServiceNow

Role: Engineer/Sr Engineer -Java 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the front-end development of modules for enlivening CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrating them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and follow the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years of strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object-Oriented Javascript, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands-on Experience with Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA and RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology-related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter.

Responsibilities:

 Work with development and product team to ideate software solutions

 Design client-side and server-side architecture

 Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

 Write effective APIs, Ability to quickly pick up new areas in the product and write optimal

code taking into consideration the security and performance aspects of the product.

 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Skills:

 Proven experience of around 4-7yrs as a Full Stack Developer.

 Should be a full stack developer who can code on cutting-edge technology stacks including

Laravel, Nodejs, Express js, Python, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Elastic Search,

Docker, AWS etc. for our clients.

 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

 Familiarity with common stacks

 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,

jQuery)

 Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and on frameworks or platforms (Phython

/ Express JS / Django etc), API / Serverless services, DB Schema Definition.

 Good to have stakeholder management, team leading, team mentoring, code management

under critical problem

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

design

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail and analytical skills.

 Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
