• Profiling Key Customer Groups Regularly
• Conducting Survey & Research to better understand Repeat Customer Behaviour & Habits
• Analyze and track performance - activation, engagement, retention and churn data analyzing experience is required.

Personal Secretary to the Offpriced Canada CEO (Kolkata)

Are you a knowledgeable, smart, and fluent English speaker? We’re looking for a Personal Secretary to support the CEO of Offpriced Canada as we expand our operations in Kolkata.

About the Role:

Our CEO will be visiting Kolkata in November to set up our local branch, and we need a dedicated individual to start working remotely now, transitioning to a physical presence when the CEO arrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks for the CEO.

• Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

• Assist in planning and coordinating activities, including potential travel.

• Be ready to learn on the job; this is not a school, so come prepared with a solid foundation in your field.

Requirements:

• Degree in MBA, CA, Accounting, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software is essential.

• Knowledge of the fashion business is highly prioritized.

• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to physically come to work once operations begin in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of working in the complete Software development life cycle involving project estimation, development, documentation, unit/integration, and testing

• Programming Languages/ Framework - SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.0, JavaScript (Required), C# (Nice to Have) , ASP.NET (Required) MVC (Model View Controller), Webservice
• Tools - Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013 (Nice to have)
• Exposure to SVN, Box or any code repository technologies.
• Client-Side Technologies - JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS and Backbone JS
• NetSuite Functional experience will be a plus
• Should be expertise in - Suite Script 2.0 types - User event, Client Script, Suitelet, RESTlet, Map/Reduce, Scheduled, WFA at least. And should be familiar with all 2.0 Modules
• Should be expertise in troubleshooting the scripts using Debugger and Console.
• Should be familiar with Code Version Control - Git, Bitbucket
• Should have knowledge on script optimization and error handling
• Must have knowledge in integration and Unit testing and code debugging
• Should be experienced with Advanced pdf customizations with extended script knowledge
• Candidate is expected to have worked on all the above technologies and not merely theory knowledge
• Should be familiar with Agile methodology
• Having Core JavaScript library customizations and understanding to apply is plus.
• Should be proactive in work and response to emails and professional chat and handle multiple tasks, should be working with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge on any Project Management tool like Jira is plus.

Experience:

• Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in NetSuite.
• Candidates should have Computer background.
• Should be part of at least 2 to 3 implementation projects with medium level customizations at least.

Required Skills-

• Development experience of 2+ in PHP development
• Minimum 1 yrs experience on codeigniter
• API development for Mobile apps ( Android and iOS )
• Integration of third party APIs like Google Maps / Payment gateways
• Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including CodeIgniter and Laravel
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
