Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, methodical, and quality-focused Customer Success & Content Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Success team to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional onboarding, adoption, and engagement experiences.
• Conceptualize, create, and enhance learning content for the Master-O platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and quality standards.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline and elevate the content creation process.
• Manage client queries, feedback, and objections with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Track and report content engagement metrics, suggesting improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• 0–1 year of experience in content development, customer success, or related fields (internships count).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong objection management and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity combined with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Canva, etc.).

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the core team to understand their needs and ensure that our products are meeting the needs of the market.
• Designing database structure that are easy to maintain, improves data consistency and are cost effective in terms of disk storage space
• Identify, prioritise and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

What You’ll Bring

Job Description:

• Gather requirements from the client

Must Have:

• 5+ years of project experience and Min 2+ years’ experience in Power Platform development and customizations.
• Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules like Sales, Service, Marketing and Field Service.
• Skills Driving Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
• Experience in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities for MS Dynamics CRM using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Proficiency in use of C# - CRM SDK, Web APIs, Batch Jobs, Azure functions, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Plugins, 3^rd party APIs, and Custom Workflows with Dynamics CRM.
• Good experience in Portals and USD development with CRM.
• Experience in assisting with integration of CRM with other business systems and applications.
• Assists the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for mid to large sized Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Proficiency in OOB Customizations like Business Rules, Workflows, Actions, Security roles configurations.
• Good knowledge in code and project management using Azure DevOps.
• Experience in the Power Apps component framework

Primary Role

• As an SSRS Report Engineer, the primary job role is to develop a transactional data report using Microsoft SQL Service Reporting Service 2016 or above.
• This includes developing high performing Stored Procedures, Functions, and corresponding reporting formats.
• Required to design the required logics for the queries and collaboratively coordinate with the rest of the team.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Design & implement high performing T-SQL queries as per the functional specification.
