We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to help design our backend Systems to support both the Mobile App and WebApp
Requirements:
- Experience in NodeJS, Typescript, ExpressJS AWS EC2. You have built backend REST API’s
- Expert in System Design and Software Architecture Processes, How different components interact with each other in scale
- Experience with DevOps, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud.
- Experience in Managing Development Teams, complete delivery lifecycle
- Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when.
- Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
- Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
- Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred.
- Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.
The Role
- You will be involved at all stages of the product development process, from design to development and deployment.
- You will architect, build, scale, backend systems that powers our applications which will be used by millions of devotees every day.
- You possess a passion for improving techniques, processes, tracking, and continuously improve our engineering practices and would work on a daily basis towards that

- Strong Design and User Experience. Have worked on building High Quality Web experiences and extremely focussed on coding for the best User Experience

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to help our mobile application.
Requirement:
- Solid understanding and Proven working experience of Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI, and animations.
- Extraordinary sense of architecture, design, and writing clean code using reusable components
- Should have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS
- Experienced in working with remote data via REST and JSON
- Should have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Write clear, maintainable, and testable code that you are proud of
The Role
This role is a senior developer role which will naturally progress into a Mobile App Team Lead role.

We aim to supercharge conversions for e-commerce websites at checkout by improving user experience, helping build stronger intent and trust during the purchase
Problem statement -
(1) There is ~70% drop off at checkout for most independent e-commerce retailer (outside of large marketplaces)
(2) E-commerce cart platforms allow minimal flexibility on checkout, with their experience still same as the last decade
(3) Whereas user experiences are defined by new consumer platforms such as Swiggy, Amazon, etc.
There is a fundamental unbundling of monolith shopping cart platforms globally for mid-market and enterprise customers, who are moving towards headless (read modular) architecture.
Shopflo aims to be the global default for checkout experiences.
