Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional with experience working with luxury D2C brands across jewellery, home décor, lifestyle, and fashion. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in paid media, digital campaigns, and growth marketing, with a strong understanding of scaling premium brands through data-led strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels

• Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budgeting, creatives, and A/B testing

• Drive customer acquisition, conversions, and ROAS for luxury D2C brands

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with luxury brand positioning

• Work closely with brand and social media teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging

• Identify growth opportunities across platforms including retargeting, funnel optimization, and scaling strategies

• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients

• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C or luxury brands

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics and funnels

• Experience in managing and scaling ad budgets efficiently

• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously

• Strong communication and reporting skills

 Feasibility assessments – Outline Risks , Design , Effort / Cost Estimate.

 Analyse, design, document, and agree - Solutions to meet requirements / timelines.

 Produce refined estimates of effort, time, resource, and costs for work requests.
