Mortgage Support Manager
We’re looking for driven and hungry individuals to work remotely from India to join our growing team of Premier Tax and Bookkeeping. Our online platform and seamless digital experience mean you will be speaking to customers nationally over the phone and with our “Flex First” policy, you have the choice of working from home, or amongst a vibrant team of hard-working senior mortgage consultants
The Mortgage Support Manager is responsible for driving qualified opportunities to our senior Mortgage consultants.
You will be responsible for processing loan applications on our online platform, collecting required compliance documents from clients via our online platform
You are expected to promote our mortgage services to potential clients
MUST REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or above in business-related discipline ( Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration)
- Excellent level of English communication skills in writing, and speaking
- 3-5years of experience in processing loan applications for home and business loans
- Experience in business development and project management
- A proven track record in recognising and converting commercial opportunities
- An ability to leverage and maximise technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience in a business development role growing existing and driving new business is essential.
TASKS INCLUDE
- Generating qualified appointments for our national team of Mobile Brokers and Retail/Franchise Brokers via inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Identifying opportunities for Customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain financing for new purchases
- Educating customers on our value proposition and aligning their wants and needs with our offering
- Leveraging your relationship-building and sales skills, encouraging customers to engage with the platform prior to appointment and gain commitment to the process.
- Integrating best-in-class sales training (that’s our job!) with your 'can do', positive attitude to consistently achieve results
- Regularly contributing with key internal stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participating in professional and personal development programs designed to help you take ownership of your career growth.
- Developing deep customer relationships in a vastly competitive market.
- Using your commercial knowledge and insights to deliver results whilst operating with simplicity and creativity, driving optimum operational performance.
