Mortgage Support Manager
We’re looking for driven and hungry individuals to work remotely from India to join our growing team of Premier Tax and Bookkeeping. Our online platform and seamless digital experience mean you will be speaking to customers nationally over the phone and with our “Flex First” policy, you have the choice of working from home, or amongst a vibrant team of hard-working senior mortgage consultants
The Mortgage Support Manager is responsible for driving qualified opportunities to our senior Mortgage consultants.
You will be responsible for processing loan applications on our online platform, collecting required compliance documents from clients via our online platform
You are expected to promote our mortgage services to potential clients
MUST REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or above in business-related discipline ( Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration)
- Excellent level of English communication skills in writing, and speaking
- 3-5years of experience in processing loan applications for home and business loans
- Experience in business development and project management
- A proven track record in recognising and converting commercial opportunities
- An ability to leverage and maximise technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience in a business development role growing existing and driving new business is essential.
TASKS INCLUDE
- Generating qualified appointments for our national team of Mobile Brokers and Retail/Franchise Brokers via inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Identifying opportunities for Customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain financing for new purchases
- Educating customers on our value proposition and aligning their wants and needs with our offering
- Leveraging your relationship-building and sales skills, encouraging customers to engage with the platform prior to appointment and gain commitment to the process.
- Integrating best-in-class sales training (that’s our job!) with your 'can do', positive attitude to consistently achieve results
- Regularly contributing with key internal stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

We are looking for Course Resource Developers/ Academic Writers for our Accounting and Finance vocational training division in Australia. For our Australian Registered Training (RTO) registration we require Course Resource Developers/ Academic Writers for the initial and ongoing development of course training resources and training compliance documents.
Successful candidates can work remotely from their home, or own office in their home country, to support our Australian training operations.
Your New Role
As a Course Resource Developer/Academic Writer you will be responsible for developing resources and compliance documents and adapting them for specific target student cohorts.
You will utilise your training background to:
- Assist with developing training compliance documents for RTO registration using the templates provided by Senior Consultants
- Develop Accounting and Finance assessments and PowerPoints using the texts provided
- Upload content to the online platform and ensuring information is interactive and comprehensible
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Minimum bachelor or higher level qualification in Accounting and Finance
- Previous experience in course development and writing
- Knowledge and confidence with editing of online training portals
- Previous experience working within a training organisation
- Ability to work with trainers to create appropriate scenarios
- Ability to work from home using online platforms such as Zoom and Skype
What You'll Get In Return:
- Your contract annual payment will range from AUD $12,000- AUD $16,000
- Payment will be determined based on your experience and productive outcomes
How You Will Work
- From your home or own office in your home country
- Closely with your Australian based Compliance Manager via Zoom
- Using your own computer and software for work
- Training compliance templates, textbooks, eBooks, online course portal and other required base resources will be provided
Who We Looking For
- Those with excellent academic writing skills in English
- University lecturers working in Accounting and Finance disciplines (current or retired)
- Excellent writing skills when using sample documents and templates
- Those who hold a bachelor degree, or above, qualification in Accounting and Finance
How We Will Select
- We will review your resume for selection for a short interview via Zoom
- You will be given a familiar topic to complete an academic writing task and monitored via Zoom
- Based on your interview and academic writing skills selection will be decided

Customer Service Manager

MUST REQUIREMENTS

- Preparing documentation for meetings.
- Lodging applications and preparing submissions for new business.
- Liaising with internal teams and colleagues to resolve problems and find solutions.
- Creating and maintaining client files.
- Liaising with financial institutions on behalf of clients.
- Giving technical support to clients on bespoke software, if they are using it at home.
- Processing client orders, such as new company formations, trusts or self-managed superannuation funds.
- Assessing client budgets and creating financial plans.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent level of English communication skills in writing, and speaking
- Must have customer service experience
- High time management and organisational skills
- Has Microsoft office experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Preferable experience in a similar position
- Must have administration experience
- A passion for great customer service
- Reception/administration experience
- Ability to time manage a variety of tasks
