• Advanced Design Creation: Produce visually stunning designs for digital marketing, web graphics, social media, infographics, presentations, and print media.

• AI-Powered Tools: Leverage AI-based tools like DALL·E, MidJourney, RunwayML, or Generative Fill in Photoshop to explore new creative possibilities, automate repetitive tasks, and improve design efficiency.
• 3D & Interactive Designs: Incorporate 3D modeling tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D to create immersive and interactive designs, particularly for web visuals and presentations.
• Design Automation & Scripting: Explore automation techniques using Photoshop Scripts, Illustrator Actions, or Figma Plugins for increased efficiency in repetitive design tasks.
• Web-Based Graphics & SVG Animations: Create scalable vector graphics (SVGs), CSS animations, and other web-optimized assets that are responsive and fast-loading, enhancing the performance of Ken Research's digital platforms.

Roles & responsibilities

• Onboarding, Handling, and Managing HNI / Ultra HNI clients.

• Accountable to achieve Annual revenue, AUM & Strategic product targets in the respective geography. 

• Aiming for consistent growth of customer wallet share and book size.

• Advising and meeting clients on their business and investment needs based on their risk appetite and performance objective through various structuring solutions.

• Constantly review client portfolios and give a bird’s eye view.

• Ability to work in partnership with Federal Bank and drive leads & AUM.

• Service existing clients with the support of the client servicing team

• Adherence to all regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance standards 

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the Wealth Management space

• Must have completed an MBA from a premier business school.

• Should have a sound understanding of Wealth Management Products (MF, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, PE, etc.) & markets.

• English is mandatory and command of the local language would be beneficial. 

• Ability to work in tandem with our channel partner and generate leads & business. 

• Good communication and presentation skills

What You'll Do

• Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales quota
• Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
• Generates leads with the support of SDRs by contacting prospective clients through cold reach outs, networking and industry events.
• Qualifies new leads and determines serviceability of prospects
• Understands the communication needs of enterprise customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
• Designs develops and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
• Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information with the support of SDRs

What you should have

• 3-8 years experience in similar roles; Experience as Account Executive or Sales Development Representative at any technical product company is a big plus!
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound reach-outs every day
• Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects

We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team to help build and maintain HappyFox’s product offerings.

What you can expect as a Frontend Engineer at HappyFox:

• You will implement product features by writing clean, robust, reusable code with tests.
• You’ll work alongside the Product, Design, and, Backend Engineering teams to iterate on new features within HappyFox products.
• You'll help improve the overall experience of our product by improving the quality of the front-end features.
• You’ll help identify areas of improvement in the codebase and initiate projects to make HappyFox better.
• You’ll contribute to and follow our workflow process, alongside the rest of the Engineering team.

• Must communicate clearly and effectively; strong analytical and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client
• Be the part-time project manager
• Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client
• Manage profitability of the project
• As the lead designer, he/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their learning in the organization
• Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design
• Candidate should be willing to travel for on-site project executions for short/long durations in India and abroad
• Candidate should be open to temporary/permanent relocation within Think Designs studios in India

Deliverables:

• Due to his/her role as a Project Manager, a Lead UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project even though he/she may not actually work on all of them.
