Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct demo classes as per the PlanetSpark content and methodology

2. Ensure amazing demo experience for the child and parent

3. Conduct regular classes (post enrolment) using in-house curriculum

4. Ensure timely feedback to the child

5. Adhere to the schedule for the demo as well as regular classes

What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?

1. Excellent Teaching skills

2. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal

3. Ability to build strong relationships with the child/ learner and make the class fun-based learning.

4. Tech savvy

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Excellent Verbal and written communication

2. Willing to work 6 days a week (should be available on Saturdays & Sundays)

3. Willing to invest 3-4 Teaching hours every day

4. At least 1 year of English Teaching experience (Freshers from BA English and MA English are eligible)

5. Should have good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam

Responsibilities

1.      Classroom delivery of ready made English and soft skills content to improve their job readiness
2.       Organizing extra-curricular activities for student s overall development
3. .      Conduct timely student assessment and social profiling
4.    Minimize student dropouts and timely address all student grievances
5.     Motive and counsel students as per need

An ideal candidate should have:

1.      Passion for teaching

2.      Drive to make a difference in the lives of students

3.      The ability to work well in a team

IELTS trainers- the candidate should have the following skills/ qualities:
· willing to work full time
· very good command of English language
· able to handle a big class maturely
· smart, active, dedicated and hardworking
· consistent performer
· experience of at least 3 - 6 months (preferably)
. must be atleast a graduate (in any field).

Responsibilities and Duties of Trainer
· Handling class.
· Teaching IELTS modules.
· Taking up Spoken English classes.
· Following a set teaching system defined by the organisation.

5) Laptop/PC with Microphone and Camera with Stable Internet Connectivity

6) Good Command over English is a must
7) Are available for a Minimum of 6 months
8) Working on teaching topics like Drone and UAV
9)Helping the kids in learning and growing their knowledge base
10) Hands-on experience in project/drone building will be preferred

• The role will be part time (15-20 hours per week) with scheduled weekend availability.
• LINC Fellows will be “actively engaged” when a unit (subject) is assigned. A unit will range from 7 to 14 weeks at a time.
• LINC Fellows are required to provide 2-3 hrs each afternoon (between noon to 5pm) every day when they are supporting students.
• Candidate will have flexibility to work from location of his/her convenience.

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India
• 5-10 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in the fields like Marketing, Finance, Operations, Organization/HR, Data Analytics, Project Management, Strategy and Ethics at a leading university or college (note: at least 1 year formal teaching experience at a university of college is a MUST).
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse culture
• Proficient in English language
• Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>2 MBPS) stable internet connection
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with student including host university’s Learning Management System and LINC's technology platform (training on these platforms will be provided)

• Candidates will be responsible to conduct workshops on 3D printing and designing in education institutions
•  Candidate will be resposible to develop educational content on 3D printing and 3D designing
• Candidate will be responsible to train clients on usage of 3D printers
