Summary/Objective:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. The HR Admin will primarily handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Admin Tasks:

·        Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

·        Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.

·        Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

·        Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

·        Schedule and coordinate meetings with the director, prepare agendas, meeting minutes.

·        Maintain relationships with vendors and handle vendor-related issues.

·        Make follow-up calls as needed to vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

·        Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.

·        Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

·        Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and address any issues promptly.

·        Occasionally visit the market to procure required supplies.

·        Visit Aunitji's house when required for specific tasks or responsibilities.

HR related Tasks:

·        Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

·        Monitoring team’s daily /weekly/ monthly work record and up to date attendance register on daily basis.

·        Maintain each employee’s personal folder for records.

·        Check daily basis inbound and outbound register.

Qualifications:

Key Competencies:

• Must have experience with SQL, Python and Hadoop
• Good to have experience with Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), DevOps Practices, Agile Development Methodologies
• ETL or other similar technologies will be an advantage.
• Core Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and manipulation
• Data Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Tools: Familiarity with tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, and modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift).

• 9+ yrs experience in acquiring and/or farming mid/enterprise corporate customers

• Prior experience in hunting and converting enterprise scale business is a must; Preference for experience in technology sales to CHROs and/or to C-suite

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create highly responsive B2C web-app using a wide range of open source frontend and backend technology.
• Create single page applications using a wide range of javascript & cutting edge libraries/frameworks.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project, including development, unit testing, system testing and change management.

Job Location: India- Bangalore/Pune
Reporting To: Manager ERP Solutions/Director Cloud Engineering
Work Hours: 9 hours (Indian Shift)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for interacting with internal and external customers, gather requirements, map it to the system design solution if required, discuss it with Functional consultant and deploy/implement it and post implementation support.

Qualifications:

BSc Computer Science, Electronics, MSc/MCA, PGDCA or any equivalent degree

Experience – 1- 3 Years

Skills:

Functional Skills:

• Good understanding of ERP Process and system
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in implementing Odoo Sh preferably, Odoo Online, Enterprise, Odoo Community Edition or experience in implementing any other ERP Software.
