Responsibilities:

●     Design and develop websites and web applications from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverables.

●     Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable and modular codes adhering to the technical standards.

●     Database designing and maintenance.

●     Create and update reusable code libraries to streamline the development cycle.

●     Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications

●     Collaborate and work with front-end/mobile developers on the backend needs of projects.

●     Client communication (verbal/written) as and when required.

Required Skills:

●     Previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer. Experience in CMS like Drupal and WordPress will be an added advantage.

●     Excellent knowledge of the Laravel framework and experience building factories/facades/libraries using abstract classes, interfaces, and traits.

●     Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/MS SQL/PostgreSQL), database designing and query optimization techniques.

●     Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap framework.

●     Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development, including implementing oAuth2.0 for authentication and authorization.

●     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

●     Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.

• Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing web-based, E-Commerce applications on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Experience in working with ISML, Pipelines, Pipelets, JS-Controllers, Digital Scripts, 
• B2C Commerce API.
• Knowledge on SGJC is must and SFRA is an added advantage.
• Experience in working with Forms, Service and Job / Integration frameworks. 
• Experience in working with REST and SOAP webservices.
• Experience in integrating with third party LINK cartridges like Payment, Tax, Analytics, Ratings & Reviews etc. along with developing custom cartridges.
• Good understanding on SFCC Business Manager Configurations.
• SFCC Developer certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on build and deployment.
• Knowledge on Source Control Management System like GitHub/BitBucket.

• Strong proficiency in MySQL database administration, migrations /up-gradation, patching, cloning, capacity planning, designing, and automation of database tasks.
• Good experience with the latest versions of the database
• In-depth experience configuring database replication on multiple versions
• Strong experience in Monitoring, DB Performance Tuning, DB Availability, DR, Security, Storage
• Analyzes and provides recommendations to optimize the database for improved performance, manageability, and scalability
• Expertise in enterprise backups, recovery, and performing point-in-time recovery Experience in deploying and integrating PM tools
• Experience in data partitioning and encryption
• Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in MySQL and MongoDB
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements and Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler
• Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of limitations in MySQL and their workarounds in contrast to other popular relational databases
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / Mercurial / SVN
