Store Manager – Apparel Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations in our apparel store. The role involves driving sales, managing store staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete store operations including sales, staff, inventory, and customer service

Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store team performance

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer escalations

Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines

Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure accurate inventory control

Analyze sales reports and implement action plans for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA Retail preferred)

3–7 years of experience in apparel/fashion retail, with at least 1–2 years as Store Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and transactions
• They prepare financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets
• Accountants analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. They assist in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring actual performance against targets
• Tax compliance is a key responsibility, including preparing and filing tax returns. Accountants coordinate and facilitate internal or external audits

WordPress: As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and responsive websites using WordPress. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with our goal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional websites while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
• Customize and extend existing WordPress functionalities to meet specific project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Manage security tools(Snyk, Fossa, Trivy).
• Manage vulnerability programs. Triage vulnerabilities, assign priorities and owners, follow up on the mitigation 
• Monitor license violations.  
• Perform Security Assessments and Threat Modeling
• Security Incident Response. Be part of a security-on-call team in PagerDuty, act as incident commander, perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Drive security initiatives(Web Application Security, Least-privilege principle, Secrets Management, Key Management, PKI and Certificate Management, Anti-fraud protection).

You'll need:

• Web application security experience.
• Familiarity with a modern SaaS infrastructure and application development.

• Vulnerability management: Snyk, fossa, NexusIQ, WhiteHat security, aqua security, GitHub security, etc.
• Familiarity with major security protocols.

Nice to have:

• Experience in scripting languages(BASH, Python, JS, etc).

• REST API knowledge is a must with oAuth security

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Tech/B. Tech in the field of VLSI/Electronics engineering. 
• Proficiency in UVM/SV and C/C++ based functional verification 
• Experience in UPF based low power design verification
• Automation skills in PERL and/or TCL and/or Shell* 
• Team player, with good problem solving and communication skills. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Drive functional verification at IP/SoC level using UVM/SV test bench
• Work closely with design team to define comprehensive feature test plans
• Perform functional and code coverage for logic verification sign-off
• Must have worked on ARM/RISC-V CPU based designs
• Must have performed gate level sim at SoC level
• Pre and Post-silicon debug/validation experience will be a plus
