Full Stack Developers are responsible for designing and developing innovative customer experiences for our clients. Create large scale distributed systems using microservices architecture. Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.

•  Developing both frontend and backend of application using technologies like Java,   Angular, JavaScript, HTML5.
•  Designing user interactions on web pages.
•  Designing and Developing back end API's and databases.
•  Meeting both technical and customer’s needs.
•  Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
•  Take complete ownership of the project and deliver with good quality.
•  Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 8+ yrs
• Strong communication, organizational skills. Good in Agile, Scrum, Dev-Ops practices.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React and Amber.
• Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices
• Familiarity with database technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Good in writing quality code and Unit Tests. Good knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills

Required Skill:

● Demonstrated experience as a software engineer, with at least 5-8 years’ experience
in technology roles
● Experience working on complex systems and cloud architectures, preferably in a B2B
or enterprise context
● Significant experience with the Java programming language and frameworks such as
Spring & SpringBoot
● Good working experience with front-end Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS
● Experience optimizing databases and SQL queries for high-performance
● Good knowledge of AWS services, design patterns and practices - ideally certified
● Experience and keen understanding of the value of working in agile teams
● A “quality-first” mindset, with experience working in continuous integration
environments
● Highly effective at communicating, and comfortable whiteboarding design ideas with
teams of engineers, product managers, and business analysts

Work closely with various business stakeholders to develop integrations and evaluate architectural alternatives and leverage cloud native services for integrations in a large global environment that supports both business and customer needs.
• Technical depth in customer facing systems from an application, development, operations, scalability, availability, performance, people, process, and tooling perspective.
• Work with a global team to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Work with different application teams to design integration solutions.
• Mentor junior members in the team to deliver high quality systems and adopt newer integration services from ReactJS development.

Education/Experience/technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• 3 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical lead, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
• Javascript, ReactJS and bootstrap CSS experience
• GraphQL/HASURA experience is a plus
• Experience using tools such as Bitbucket/GIT
