Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own complex problems end-to-end, think in systems, and collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering to ship meaningful and scalable experiences.

What You’ll Work On-

• Lead design for core product modules across the company platform.
• Own end-to-end flows from problem framing to polished prototypes with a focus on clarity, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Strong Senior Product Designer, B2B SaaS Design Profile
• Must have 5+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS/enterprise product design working on workflow-heavy systems
• Must be able to own complex flows end-to-end from problem framing to polished prototypes and production-ready UI
• Deep proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variables, components, prototyping), strong UI craft, and design fundamentals for scalable visual systems
• Solid understanding of and experience contributing to design systems / pattern-driven thinking
• Excellent ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders

Role Overview:

Experienced Full Stack Developer with 8 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying web applications.

• Proficient in backend development using Python, with strong skills in frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Skilled in frontend development using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user interfaces and responsive design.
• Skilled at SQL database management, with a focus on performance optimization and data integrity.
• Capable of contributing to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Strong communicator with a track record of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Open to transitioning into Data Engineering roles leveraging strong SQL skills and understanding of data pipelines.

Key Skills:

• Backend Development: Extensive experience in Python-based backend development with Django and FastAPI frameworks. Proficient in building RESTful APIs, handling authentication, authorization, and data validation.
