Experience Level

This role is ideal for engineers with 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Python and ReactJs at scale.

• AI-First Development Focus
• Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Augment, Claude Code, etc., to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks.
• Use AI to detect potential bugs, code smells, and performance bottlenecks early in the development process.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to get the best results from AI coding assistants.
• Evaluate AI generated code/tools for correctness, performance, and security before merging.
• Continuously explore, stay ahead by experimenting and integrating new AI powered tools and workflows as they emerge.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in some or all of the following: ReactJS,  JavaScript, Object Oriented Programming in JS
• 5+ years of Object-Oriented Programming with Python or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience working with relational (SQL) databases
• 5+ years of experience using Git to contribute code as part of a team of Software Craftspeople

• AI Skills & Mindset
• Power user of AI assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Augment, Claude Code).
• Strong prompt engineering skills to effectively guide AI in crafting relevant, high-quality code.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI generated code for logic, maintainability, performance, and security.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team and help build a mockup generator tool. You will be responsible for designing high-quality, customizable templates for products, branding, and digital media using Photoshop and Figma.

This is a great opportunity for a designer with 0-5 years of experience who enjoys working on a variety of visual projects and has a passion for creating user-friendly, scalable mockups.

Responsibilities

1. Design and customize mockup templates (e.g., apparel, devices, branding, social media)
2. Ensure all designs are scalable, editable, and user-friendly for a mockup generator
3. Collaborate with developers to optimize designs for web and app integration
4. Maintain brand consistency across all templates
5. Stay updated with design trends and suggest new mockup ideas

Qualifications

About the Role

As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for talking to leads interested in our services and converting them into paid members. This role involves understanding the needs of potential customers, suggesting classes/programs to them, converting them to paid members of Mindhouse and ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for them. 

We are looking for self-starters with great convincing skills, and most importantly - someone who enjoys doing sales.
