Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and other platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc)

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Conduct a telephonic interview of candidates

• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, etc

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the manager.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Experience with sourcing techniques

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

Qualification: Any Graduate or Pursuing Graduate.

Experience: Fresher -2 years

Job Description: Role as Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling & routing End-to-End Recruitment from initiating the recruitment process to streamlining overall operations.
• Identify client needs on every requirement with quick response time
• Understanding the skill set required by our Corporate clients.
• Sourcing potential candidate for required skill set through various Job Portals like naukri, LinkedIn, monster, times jobs etc., existing database, internal and external references
• Conducting the preliminary interviews and briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and Organization, etc.
• Screening the candidates & forward their resumes for suitable positions based on the client’s requirements.
• Once shortlisted, scheduling the Interview, follow up and co-ordination towards clients.
• Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly.
• Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.

Responsibilities :

1. Understand the requirement from the hiring manager and document the requirements according to the Ideal Candidate Profile.
2. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate hiring portals.
3. Source and recruit the right sales talent through the database; Naukri, LinkedIn & social media
4. Assess the applicant’s knowledge, soft skills, technical skills as per the requirement at hand.
5. Act as a point of contact and provide the client and candidate with excellent hiring experience.
6. Create influential relationship with client and candidate through the selection process.

• Experience in end to end recruitment and account management.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing screenings
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Handle IT recruitment for clients
• Client interaction and managing client expectations
• Work in a target driven environment

• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong sourcing skills
• Have 3+ years of direct experience in a high-growth, high-volume environment
• Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Have experience in diversity sourcing, creating and implementing sourcing strategies, and training team members on sourcing techniques
• Are able to build rapport quickly with different stakeholders and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
