●   Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal formats

●   Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & Trainer who can take on a dual role—driving client projects while also conducting classes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Agency Work

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing strategies.
• Oversee paid ad campaigns for clients as well as institute promotions.
• Work on lead generation campaigns for both student admissions and client acquisition.
• Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing executives/interns.
• Create monthly reports, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Collaborate with the academic and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices.

Education & Training

• Conduct engaging training sessions and classes on digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, social media, content strategy, and analytics.
• Design and deliver course material, including curriculum, slide decks, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students individually, provide constructive feedback, and guide them through practical, real-world projects.
• Monitor student performance, attendance, and learning outcomes to ensure consistent progress.
• Contribute to the institute’s growth by supporting admission campaigns, student lead generation, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaign platforms.
• Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance both client-facing responsibilities and classroom training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance evaluations.
• Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while maintaining high bar for quality.
• Closely Interact with other functions such as PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.
• Perform Design reviews, Code reviews
• Create a solid Tech backlog that involves modernizing tech stack, set goals for performance improvements.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Should have 8+ years of professional experience in mobile, development using C++, C#, PYTHON, GO Lang, Javascript.
• Should have 2+ years of experience in managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and building strong teams.
• Shown ability to motivate teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Desired Skills and Experience NET, C++, Golang, Java, JavaScript, Python, Quality Assurance, C#

Required Skills:

• 3+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.
