• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
• Experience with enterprise systems, like eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems
• Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills

• 5+ years of experience partnering with business managers to develop enterprise-level technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
• 5+ years of experience in at least three of the following disciplines – Solution architecture, infrastructure architecture, application architecture, data architecture, business architecture
• 10+ years of experience in a midsize or large corporation supporting multiple lines of business with a global presence
• 12+ years of experience in architecture, design, or development of enterprise solutions

• Advanced degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or related field of study
• 5+ years of experience in SAP
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
• 5+ years of experience in Azure
• Knowledge of TOGAF and Zachman
• Ability to develop a business case with strategic and financial justifications
• Understanding of security-related regulatory requirements, such as NIST, PCI, HIPAA compliance
• Strong leadership, analytical and technical skills, experience leading multiple, complex work streams concurrently with demonstrated expertise as a technical lead on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of business process engineering principles and processes, modeling techniques (UML, Domain-Driven Design, Domain Models, Enterprise Architecture design patterns, system integration, performance testing), operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, information security, and risk management

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
