Job Summary

We are seeking a Business HR Operations Executive with 2+ years of experience in HR operations. The role will focus on managing the complete employee lifecycle of 200+ employees, ensuring compliance, payroll coordination, and smooth HR operations.

HR Operations & Employee Management

• Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires (offer letters, joining formalities, background verification coordination).
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
• Timely Manage & track contract extensions, amendments, and renewals in coordination with business and clients.
• Manage associate exits including LWD confirmation, asset recovery coordination, and Full & Final settlement inputs.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
• Manage attendance, leave, time sheets, and project details of the associates.
• Act as a point of contact for associates for HR operational queries.

 Payroll Coordination

• Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, arrears, overtime, Shift allowances, salary revisions.
• Validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Support resolution of payroll-related queries.

Contract-to-Hire (C2H) & Client Employee Management

• Manage HR operations for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and deployed employees, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, extensions, and exits.
• Coordinate with client HR/business teams for employee onboarding approvals, deployment, attendance/timesheet validation, contract extensions, performance-related inputs, and employee exits.
• Act as the HR point of contact for client-deployed/C2H employees, resolving day-to-day HR and operational queries.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with client-specific HR policies, processes, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of employee deployment, client allocation, contracts, tenure, billing inputs, and workforce status.

Contract Labour Management

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for contract labour/workmen, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, wage inputs, statutory compliance, renewals, and separation.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and client stakeholders for contract labour compliance, manpower deployment, attendance, wage records, and statutory documentation.
• Ensure maintenance and verification of relevant records/registers related to contract labour and outsourced workforce.
• Support audits and inspections related to contract labour, including coordination and submission of required employee and statutory records.
• Monitor contractor compliance with applicable PF, ESI, minimum wages, payment of wages, and other statutory requirements.

New Labour Codes / Labour Law Compliance

• Working knowledge of India’s new Labour Codes, including the Code on Wages, Industrial Relations Code, Code on Social Security, and Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSHWC) Code.
• Support implementation and operational alignment of HR processes with new labour law requirements and applicable rules/notifications.
• Monitor changes in labour legislation and assist in updating HR policies, processes, documentation, and compliance practices accordingly.
• Support statutory compliance activities relating to wages, social security, working conditions, contract labour, employee benefits, and employment records.
