4. Execute ABM to drive upsells & cross-sells within the customer business
5. Build customer case studies and success stories to drive demand and enable Sales

1. Overall 7 to 15 years of experience with 3+ years of experience in driving growth for a company with a subscription based model, driving cross border sales
2. Experience leading, recruiting & growing a team of marketers
3. A kickass storyteller and communicator with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
4. A knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
5. Adopt a ‘get shit done’ mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.
Ideal profile

What you need to have:

Proven working experience in digital marketing (3 years+)
● Demonstrable experience delivering content marketing, lead generation & demand gen
campaigns
● Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional
partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
● Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, and communication
skills
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
● Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, DFP)
● Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Adwords
campaigns
● Proficient in marketing automation tools and campaign documentation is a plus
● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement
and the startup ecosystem

Offline through our 10 weekend program “Explore Yourself” As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for: 1. Finding Collaborations with companies 2. Find Sponsorship for our Explore Yourself Campaign ( Check out our youtube video) 3. Marketing our Marketplace for Students to electronics dealers in Pune( dealers like Vijay Sales and Croma)

Undertake digital marketing initiatives and campaigns for captive and third-party client projects. Lead the process from inception to execution.
