Reporting Structure:
The position reports directly to the Facade Designer or a Senior Facade Designer.
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including targeting, ad setup, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
Drive lead generation by lowering CPA and improving ROAS.
Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns to boost conversions.
Implement A/B testing for creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels.
Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency.
Monitor budgets and key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates).
