Responsibilities

• North America and India geography
• B2B businesses, 100-2500 employees in size
• Selling to enterprises via an outbound sales motion
• Primary buyer of Nimesa tends to be CTO\CIO\VP Engineering\IT heads\CISO\Head of DevOps
• Users of Nimesa are Devops team/SRE engineers
• Conduct market research based on the company ICP
• Create a personalized and customized pitch for the customer
• Reach out to them through LinkedIn, email, and phone to set up an in-depth discussion with our
solution expert
• Maintain hygiene in CRM
Preferred requirements
• 0-3 years of experience in demand generation through various channels, qualification, appointment
the setting, email marketing, demo products
• Experience selling to CIO\IT Managers is preferred
• Would love to be part of a high technology startup based in India
• Willing to work in US\UK time zone, if required
• Great communicator over phone, email and LinkedIn

Responsibilities:
Non-Direct Routing (NDR) Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize NDR processes, minimizing transportation costs while maintaining service levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, customer service) to identify NDR opportunities and -streamline order fulfillment.
- Manage carrier and logistics service provider relationships, negotiating rates, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with routing guidelines.
Reverse Logistics (RVP) Management:
- Oversee the RVP process, encompassing returns, exchanges, and product recalls, to minimize costs and maximize recovery value.
- Partner with customer service, repair, and warehouse teams to streamline RVP processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with reverse logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient processing of returns and exchanges.
Pickup Coordination:
- Coordinate pickups from various locations (suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers) to optimize transportation efficiency and minimize costs.
- Schedule and monitor pickup activities, track shipment status, and resolve any issues or delays to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Communicate pickup schedules and requirements to carriers and internal stakeholders for alignment with logistics plans.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure logistics performance in areas like on-time - pickup/delivery, NDR utilization, and RVP processing time.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, best practices, and technology solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing logistics process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
- Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) a plus
- Expertise with NodeJS (extensively using ExpressJS) and databases like MongoDB or MySQL

What you will do:
- Selling the company's diabetes management plans through outbound calls to a set of pre generated leads
- Managing relationship with onboarded customers and taking feedback and resolving customer queries
- Receiving in-bound calls from the customer and helping them to understand Oxyjon’s plans and offerings
- Being the second point of contact for partner doctors and hospitals and visiting them when required, to resolve their queries
- Understanding customers’ requirements from the product standpoint and developing an in depth understanding of the healthcare eco-system
Desired Candidate Profile
What you must have:- A decent understanding of the sales and customer acquisition processes
- Good social skills with ability to understand customer needs and develop relationships with people
- Past experience in successfully closing sales deals remotely is a must

Primary Duties
• Build a broad knowledge across various systems and processes via knowledge transfer and capture any missing information on the wiki
• Gather software requirements by talking to various stakeholders and document them
• Implement software solutions after discussing the requirements and taking direction from the Technical lead and talking to other colleagues within and outside the team
• Provide necessary effort and time estimates for tasks to aid scheduling and prioritization
• Provide necessary 3rd line support to the Operations teams including software fixes as needed
• Work on any BAU development activity including on-boarding new data sets and delivering new markets into the system
• Work with external vendors from time to time to gather necessary requirements for new data or changes to existing data specifications

- 4+ years’ experience of programming in Java.
