Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance functionality and automate processes.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Optimize SQL queries for efficient data management.
• Collaborate within teams to define and deliver new features.
• Ensure UI/UX feasibility and improve user experience.
• Write clean, scalable code and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle and utilize version control systems (Git, SVN).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with .NET Core, C#, and SQL.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ethic.
• Experience in product companies, ideally with startups or small enterprises.
• Passion for development with an interest in AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiar with unit testing (NUnit, MSTest) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture and security best practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit & Onboard: Own the full partner lifecycle for web-hosting affiliates, from initial outreach to launch.
• Outreach & Nurture: Drive outbound email and digital campaigns—track every touchpoint, follow up persistently, and keep pipelines flowing.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate authentic, win-win partnerships with decision-makers.
• Iterate & Optimize: Test new outreach tactics, analyze results, and rapidly refine your approach.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-glove with our small, cross-functional team to strengthen partner programs and marketing assets.

• Experienced: 3+ years in partner/business development, sales, or affiliate management—bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS or web hosting.

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years in a remote partner or biz-dev role
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Proven track record of hitting targets in an unstructured environment
• Flexible working hours, with at least 2 hours/day overlapping Vancouver (Pacific) time
• Rock-solid attention to detail

• Experience on Angular 7+
• Experience of SCSS, Type script
• Knowledge of API integration
• Experience of npm package repository
• Experience of Git
• Experience of html, CSS, JS, JQuery and BootStrap

Note:- Angular developer with any combination will do for eg- Angular Dev with PHP, Angular Dev with Java or dotnet will also do. They should have worked on Angular 6 or any version above that

What you need to have:

Position: Frontend Engineer / MEAN Stack Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2.5 to 4 years, preferably in an agile environment

Strong Knowledge MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js
Strong Knowledge on User Interface and User Experience Design
Good Knowledge on Deployment Process (Nginix, Docker, AWS, Digital Ocean)
Basic Knowledge other stacks like ReactJS, View.js

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
