Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics to higher authorities.
• Perform Functional, Non-Functional, GUI testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Performance testing, Pen Testing, Monkey testing, Retesting & Regression testing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
• To prepare daily Sprint reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a focus on manual testing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, AIO, Trello, etc.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Job Description :

- We are looking to hire a skilled Magento Developer to build and maintain our eCommerce websites.

- As a Magento Developer, you will be responsible for liaising with the design team, setting up Magento 1x and 2x sites, building modules and customizing extensions, testing the performance of each site, and maintaining security and feature updates after the installation is complete.

Responsibilities

• Building and configuring Magento 1x and 2x eCommerce websites.

• Prepares and maintains documentation of application and hardware configurations

• Reviews, writes, documents, and tests server and pc hardening policies according to the company Global Security team’s guidelines.
• Diagnoses and repairs servers within both virtual and physical environments
• Installs security identification and apparatus to computer hardware and peripherals
• Assists in troubleshooting servers\desktops within the v-Sphere
• Identifies potential security issues and recommended strategy to ensure site security
• Coordinates third-party maintenance for hardware and software
• Response to needs and questions of users concerning their access to network resources.
• Reviews reports, files, and messages to identify instances of possible security infractions
• Tests computer systems to evaluate the effectiveness of security
• Responds to inquiries regarding data and computer security, policies, and procedures
• Assists in the planning, communication, testing, and implementation of disaster recovery procedures
• Participate in security and application troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams, including storage, messaging, networking, and servers

• Lead the tech team on daily project development including legacy system refactor and new feature implementation
• At least 4+ years of people management experience.
• Design, build and maintain our trading systems that deal with trade matching, accounting, financial reporting, liquidity, and risk management.
• Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our trading systems.
• Liaise with business, product team members, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a team to design and build services that are highly scalable and robust.
• 5+ years of professional experience with at least one of the following languages: Go (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of multithreading, enterprise integration pattern, microservice.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Nice to have:

• Full-stack experience: knowledge of Javascript React, IOS and Android app development.
• Knowledge of Ethereum-like blockchains.
• Experience in crypto exchange development.
• Experience in building systems in the finance industry.
