Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PHP – Laravel Developer to join our onsite team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Laravel along with advanced frontend knowledge, the ability to work closely with clients, and experience managing tasks using project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel
• Build and consume RESTful APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
• Strong expertise in Laravel framework (Laravel 10+)
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• React.js experience (good to have working knowledge)
• TypeScript – good to know
• Advanced frontend knowledge using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Strong experience with MySQL
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs
• Proficiency in Eloquent ORM
• Familiarity with Git / version control
• Experience working in Linux environments

Additional Requirements

• Excellent client communication skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of modules

• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and provide document solutions in the form of SDD
• Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized scope
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Prepare solution presentation documents, present the solution and implementation plan to the CoE teams and project stakeholders
• Understand client’s business requirements and clearly document them in order for RPA developers to deploy the automation projects in an optimal manner
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
• Create process and end-user documentation
• Collaborate with other development team members and guide junior developers to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
• Perform peer review of developed components and test cases
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues; flexible to work in shifts when the demand arises
• Should be able to report project status to the stakeholders.

• Knowledge of processes in the Manufacturing/Automotive domain
• Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
• Knowledge of other RPA tools

• Working with the product team to develop new features focused on improving the user experience
• Improving existing features and working on streamlining client implementations through improved tools
• Improving our technical architecture and building out a continuous integration pipeline
• Modernizing our front-end in new frameworks
