Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales & Tendering Specialist to support business growth across Government and Public Sector clients. The role involves managing end-to-end tendering activities, preparing high-quality proposals, and working closely with sales, technical, and leadership teams to ensure successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and track relevant government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs through portals and other sources

● Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements

● Prepare and submit comprehensive bid responses, including technical and commercial proposals

● Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, delivery) for inputs and documentation

● Manage complete tender lifecycle – from opportunity identification to submission and follow-ups

● Ensure all submissions are compliant with government norms, documentation standards, and deadlines

● Prepare presentations, case studies, and supporting documents for bid submissions

● Maintain a repository of standard documents, credentials, certifications, and past proposals

● Handle vendor registrations, empanelment processes, and portal management (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.)

● Track bid status, clarifications, and post-submission communication with departments

Key Requirements:

● 4–8 years of experience in pre-sales / bid management/tendering, preferably in Government or Public Sector projects

● Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering frameworks

● Experience working with portals like GeM, CPPP, eProcurement systems, and state tender portals

● Excellent skills in proposal writing, documentation, and coordination ● Ability to manage multiple bids under tight timelines

● Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation

● Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Title: Backend Engineer – Python (AI Backend)

Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Python skills and hands-on exposure to AI-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services and supporting AI-powered systems such as LLM integrations, AI agents, and RAG pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for frontend and AI integrations
• Support development of AI-driven features (LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents)
• Design and maintain both monolithic and microservices architectures
• Optimize database performance and backend scalability
• Work with DevOps for Docker-based deployments

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python backend development
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI / Django / Flask
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with AI applications (LLM usage, prompt engineering basics)
• Database knowledge: MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with Docker and basic cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and in-memory storage

Good to Have

• Experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, etc.)

To achieve this, we’re growing our development team in Bangalore and seeking a Head of Engineering who can own the technical vision and build out our team in India.

• Must Have worked in a product development for minimum of 1 years 
• Must Understand the Product life cycle (Requirement analysis/ design/architecture).
• Must Have hands on Coding Experience in J2EE technologies, Core Java, JavaScript, Web services SOAP, RESTful services
• Good experience on any one application server (WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache servers etc.).
• Database experience in any one DB like Oracle/ MySQL/MS SQL etc.
• Knowledge / Experience with any one open source development tools and frameworks (Eclipse, ANT, Junit, PMD, SVN etc.)

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

daily/weekly basis.

Qualifications for Ruby

• Proficient in Ruby, and one of the Javascript UI frameworks like React, Ember, Angular, etc.
• Experience working with MySQL, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
• Experience in UI frameworks like React, Ember, Angular, etc.
• Experience building and deploying applications in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem. 
• 5+ years of software engineering experience developing scalable production software incorporating testing, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Full-stack development experience
• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals and code organization best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Built systems that make use of complex job queues and offline processing
• Experience with Docker/ECS/AWS
• Experience with testing and writing test cases
