Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own complex problems end-to-end, think in systems, and collaborate deeply with Product and Engineering to ship meaningful and scalable experiences.

What You’ll Work On-

• Lead design for core product modules across the platform.
• Own end-to-end flows from problem framing to polished prototypes with a focus on clarity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and Engineers to translate complex logistics challenges into intuitive solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System (components, patterns, accessibility, responsive behavior).
• Leverage research, insights, and structured reasoning to drive product decisions.
• Ensure design consistency and quality through reviews, documentation, and strong engineering partnership.
• Bring an AI-first approach, exploring automation, smart defaults, and assistive workflows.
• Support and mentor junior designers, raising the overall bar of design craft and thinking.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Senior Product Designer, B2B SaaS Design Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS/enterprise product design working on workflow-heavy systems
• Mandatory (End-to-End Design): Must be able to own complex flows end-to-end from problem framing to polished prototypes and production-ready UI
• Mandatory (Tools): Deep proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variables, components, prototyping), strong UI craft, and design fundamentals for scalable visual systems
• Mandatory (Design Systems): Solid understanding of and experience contributing to design systems / pattern-driven thinking
• Mandatory (Communication): Excellent ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, real-world product work and the ability to solve complex design problems
• Mandatory (Company): Top product companies (logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS at large scale)

Infrastructure Engineer – Database & Storage

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Azure Blob/S3 clusters.
• Implement schema registry, metadata catalog, and time-versioned storage.
• Configure read replicas, backups, encryption-at-rest, and WORM (Write Once Read Many) compliance.
• Optimize query execution, indexing, and replication latency.
• Partner with DevOps on infrastructure as code and cross-region replication.

Requirements

• 6 + years database / data-infrastructure administration.
• Mastery of indexing, partitioning, query tuning, sharding.
• Proven experience deploying cloud-native DB stacks with Terraform or Helm.

. Sales Target & Revenue Growth

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue quotas.
• Drive new business acquisition and account expansion across defined regions.
• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans.

2. Pipeline Management

• Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline across India, Middle East, and Europe.
• Drive consistent pipeline growth through proactive prospecting and partner engagement.
• Provide accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.

3. Channel Partner Development

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
• Strengthen partnerships to drive indirect sales and market penetration.
• Enable partners with product knowledge and joint go-to-market strategies.

4. End-to-End Sales Lifecycle Management

• Manage the entire sales cycle including:
• Client engagement & discovery
• Product demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• RFIs & RFP responses
• Proposal development
• Commercial negotiations
• Contract closure
• Work closely with internal technical teams to drive successful deal progression.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Field Engineering, Services, and Product teams to close deals.
• Align customer requirements with product capabilities and service offerings.

6. Client Relationship Management

• Build strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs, business goals, and cybersecurity challenges.
• Drive long-term customer satisfaction and account growth.

7. Market & Competitive Awareness

• Stay updated on IAM and Cybersecurity market trends.
• Monitor competitive landscape and positioning strategies.
• Identify emerging opportunities across verticals.

8. Reporting & Governance

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Present performance updates to Sales & Business leadership.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create prototypes of varying fidelity
• Communicate design solutions to key stakeholders
• Define and track key metrics related to user experience
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts

Skills and Requirements

• Experienced with 1.5+ years in Product Design/UX roles.
• Good experience in user experience and interface design, with a supporting portfolio
• Experience in designing mobile and web applications
• Experience in understanding and mapping complex user journeys
• Ability to form, prototype, and clearly communicate ideas and decisions.
• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma/Sketch
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work well with remote, cross-functional teams
• Responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable taking the initiative.
