As a User Interface Designer in our team, you will be part of a fast-paced and forward thinking team of like-minded designers with a passion for design and problem-solving.

You will be working closely with junior and senior designers, turning ideas and wireframes into awesome user interface ranging from landing pages, SaaS web and mobile applications. Together we will engineer and design good looking, aesthetically pleasing and functionally great applications that deliver a pleasant User Experience.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

• Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX | UI field.
• Familiar with UX methodologies – research, interviews, personas, competitor research, sitemap, wireframing, responsive design and prototyping.
• Familiar with UI principles and being able to translate a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive UI.
• Experience using Figma.
• Being able to communicate your design decisions & choices effectively to internal team members and stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate your ideas.
• Create visual designs and user interfaces for the wireframes.
• Execute on 1 to 2 projects at a time.
• Communicate with senior and lead designers to understand the project requirements, deliverables and feedback.
• Present and rationalize your design decisions and stick to well-known design guidelines while designing interfaces.
• Collaborate with team members across verticals (development, graphic design and content) to bring the product you’re working on to life.
• Document and effectively update design files.
• Continually keep yourself updated with the latest changes and design industry standards.

Job Description

Function: Product → Product Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Assist product managers in the formulation of the company's product strategy using structured data and insights derived from the same
• Conduct research, create business cases and translate them into meaningful problems to solve
• Measure the impact of experiments related to function, analyzing and helping in course correction.
• Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
• Constantly monitor and analyze metrics identified, publish insights/any anomalies along with hypothesis
• Translating business requirements and user requests into effective report and dashboard designs in challenging deadlines.
• Assist with performance tuning of dashboards, and background data queries as needed

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree along with 2+ years experience in product analytics building data sets, reports, and dashboards
• Strong analytics skills and experience in Metabase, Google Analytics, Power BI, or other analytics software
• Proficiency with SQL
• Agile ability to anticipate a need, be responsive and adapt to change
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, ability to influence decisions and gain consensus

Role & Responsibilities

• Should be capable of creating the full stack of UX deliverables, from personas & storyboards to information architecture, define flows & journeys and wireframes.
• Using any means necessary to develop high and low fidelity prototypes to make the design case internally and externally to customers.
• Analyze data and devise strong companion visualizations and interaction design.
• Achieve consensus and communicate design requirements.
• Develop alternative approaches to meeting product requirements, using judgment to suggest optimal solutions to design problems that balance customer need, business constraints, and technological realities.

Experience:

• 6+ years of UX design experience is preferred.
• An outstanding Portfolio is a must. Portfolio should showcase a good mix of web, mobile apps and Enterprise Platforms.
• Capable of defining and implementing design systems; demonstrate experience with industry/platform standards.
• Prior experience in conceptual development and creative interactive prototypes.
• Excellent strategic problem-solving skills in the field of design.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze an application and transform the design to make it simple and easy to use.
