Project Overview

Join an exciting early-stage project developing "Fenrir Security" - an innovative autonomous security testing platform. We're building an Electron-based desktop application that leverages AI to automate security testing processes. This is a contract position with potential for long-term engagement as the product evolves.

Contract Details

• Duration: Initial 4-month contract with possibility of extension
• Work Arrangement: Remote with regular online collaboration
• Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience (₹80,000-₹1,50,000 monthly)
• Hours: Flexible, approximately 40 hours weekly

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop a cross-platform Electron application from scratch
• Implement both frontend UI components and backend functionality
• Create integration points for the autonomous testing engine
• Build secure communication protocols between application components
• Develop data visualization components for security testing results
• Implement application packaging and distribution mechanisms
• Work collaboratively with AI/ML specialist and security expert
• Deliver working application builds at regular milestones
• Participate in technical planning and architecture decisions

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience building production applications
• Strong proficiency with Electron framework development
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Node.js
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Working knowledge of desktop application development challenges
• Familiarity with security tools and applications (preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients. Lead Generation and Outreach

● Research potential clients within target industries and initiate contact via email, phone, and social media channels.

● Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on initial criteria to identify high-potential opportunities for the sales team.

● Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and determine fit with jhana.ai’s offerings. Pipeline Management

● Keep CRM records(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) updated with lead information, activities, and progress.

● Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and manage the lead handoff process smoothly with Account Managers.

Support Sales Strategy

● Work closely with the SDR team to align on messaging and outreach strategies that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

● Attend weekly meetings and actively participate in brainstorming and strategic discussions. Performance Tracking &Reporting

● Track personal outreach metrics (e.g., emails sent, calls made, meetings set) and meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets.

● Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine sales messaging and improve lead qualification criteria.

Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: 1-2 years in an SDR, customer service, or other client-facing role, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.

● Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect with people and convey value concisely.

● Adaptability and Resilience: Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage constructive feedback, with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

● Curiosity and Willingness to Learn: Strong interest in understanding customer needs and learning the sales process in depth.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Ansible

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field. Relevant experience of at least 3 years in lieu of above if from a different stream of education.

• Well-versed in and 3+ hands-on demonstrable experience with: ▪ Stream & Batch Big Data Pipeline Processing using Apache Spark and/or Apache Flink.
  ▪ Distributed Cloud Native Computing including Server less Functions
  ▪ Relational, Object Store, Document, Graph, etc. Database Design & Implementation
  ▪ Micro services Architecture, API Modeling, Design, & Programming

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Apache Spark using Scala and/or Java.

• Ability to write executable code for Services using Spark RDD, Spark SQL, Structured Streaming, Spark MLLib, etc. with deep technical understanding of Spark Processing Framework.

• In-depth knowledge of standard programming languages such as Scala and/or Java.

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more libraries & frameworks such as Apache Kafka, Akka, Apache Storm, Apache Nifi, Zookeeper, Hadoop ecosystem (i.e., HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Oozie & Hive), etc.; extra points if you can demonstrate your knowledge with working examples.

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in one or more Relational and NoSQL datastores such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elastic Search, Neo4J, etc.

• Practical knowledge of distributed systems involving partitioning, bucketing, CAP theorem, replication, horizontal scaling, etc.

• Passion for distilling large volumes of data, analyze performance, scalability, and capacity performance issues in Big Data Platforms.

• Ability to clearly distinguish system and Spark Job performances and perform spark performance tuning and resource optimization.

• Perform benchmarking/stress tests and document the best practices for different applications.

• Proactively work with tenants on improving the overall performance and ensure the system is resilient, and scalable.

• Good understanding of Virtualization & Containerization; must demonstrate experience in technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, Docker, OpenShift, Anthos, Oracle VirtualBox, Vagrant, etc.

• Well-versed in AWS and/or Azure or and/or Google Cloud; must demonstrate experience in at least FIVE (5) services offered under AWS and/or Azure or and/or Google Cloud in any categories: Compute or Storage, Database, Networking & Content Delivery, Management & Governance, Analytics, Security, Identity, & Compliance (or) equivalent demonstrable Cloud Platform experience.

• Good understanding of Storage, Networks and Storage Networking basics which will enable you to work in a Cloud environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
