They have created a unique balance of Ayurvedic herbs and western medicine to come up with courses and medical advice which will not only rid their patients of the illness but also helps them bring the body back into balance.

Their services are available across the globe, with over 65% of their client base being from US, UK, and Canada. The company's primary focus is on Ayurveda and taking the ancient knowledge to anyone who wishes to bring back balance to their health and apply the tools in their everyday life.

As a UI/ UX Designer, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address the clients’ needs and help the company grow its customer base. You will work towards turning the company software into easy-to-use products for clients

What you will do:
Understanding our business requirements and any technical limitations
Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitating the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Taking a user-centred design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs.
Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.


What you need to have:
3+ years of experience as a UX designer, UI designer, or similar role
have a UI design portfolio
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related design discipline

Hands-on experience with Selenium and Programming in Java.
Object-Oriented Programming, Knowledge of SDLC.
Strong understanding of different automation frameworks - Data-Driven or Keyword driven.
Understanding of Cross Browser testing, Basis understanding of Ajax and dynamic Web
Applications, understanding of HTML, HTTP, JSON.
Should be able to write and understand reusable automation test scripts.
Experience with database schema and querying tools.

Responsibilities:
Primary resource for automating GUI, Functionality, Load/ Performance test scenarios for
multiple web / Mobile applications.
Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts to verify application GUI, Functionality, and
Load/ Performance.
Provide support for application QA with manual testing including analyzing requirements,
developing and executing manual & Automated test cases.

What is Needed for the Role

• Strong command of ReactJS
• Strong command of modern JavaScript (examples: arrow functions, async/await,
destructuring, rest & spread, etc.)
• Strong command of modern CSS and HTML (examples: flexbox, grid, media queries, etc.)
• Strong command of modern JavaScript tooling (examples: webpack, babel, ESLint, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript on ReactJS projects is a bonus, but not required
• A good grip on Git

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include: 

Ship product, independently and/or as part of a small team 

Collaborate with other engineers to build new features 

Debugging using dev consoles, firebug, firecookie, or any of your favorite tools. 

Help troubleshoot production issues and resolve critical customer facing issues Provide top-notch support to our customers 

You Should Have: 

A strong body of prior front end work, including significant projects written in JavaScript. Mastery of JavaScript; expertise in most of the following technologies, and proficiency in all of them: jQuery, CSS, HTML5, AJAX. 

Deep understanding of closures, prototypal inheritance, DOM manipulation, HTTP, web security, cross browser compatibility challenges. 

Strong Experience with NodeJS and Express JS. 

Hands-on with a code management system like GIT, SVN. 

Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably CouchDB or CouchBase. 

Good to have: Experience with ReactJS and Typescript. 

Pre-requisites: • Hands-on experience in: • Quantum (Kony) Visualizer (version 8 and above) • Configuring new services and adding I/O parameters for existing services in Quantum Fabric (version 8 and above) • Android / iOS - build and distribution experience • Understanding the concepts of all the existing functionalities and worked on enhancements in DBX/Infinity • Developing new functionalities, including UI implementation, service configuration/integration in Mobile as well as Online banking • Strong knowledge in: • Quantum front-end design • Java and JavaScript Pre-processor & Post-processor codes • JAVA, SOAP, Rest, XML and JSON • Expertise in Software Development methodologies • Good communication and client handling skills

in central air conditioning systems, and much more by extending in future to hot water and
steam systems.
