Role Summary:
You will lead the growth at savage from zero to millions of users, without spending millions.
Key Responsibilities:
You will drive the overall user and revenue growth at Savage. As part of your responsibilities, you will:
● Own user and revenue growth targets
● Create and execute monthly marketing plan with a cross functional team to achieve the
growth objectives - this includes digital marketing, social media, funnel optimisations,
offers/pricing, partnerships
● Manage (report, analyse, and optimise) marketing budget and ROI
Qualification
● 4-6 Years of experience of owning and managing growth targets in ecommerce, food apps,
content platforms, FMCG
● Curiosity and drive to work in an early stage start-up environment where change is constant,
ambiguity thrives and passion trumps process
● Strong know-how of the digital marketing domain - paid. SEO, and social media
● Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve marketing ROI
● Ability to work independently and "run" with the targets
● Ability to collaborate effectively across product, partnerships, CS and other teams

• Engages with Leadership of Tredence’s clients to identify critical business problems, define the need for data engineering solutions and build strategy and roadmap
• S/he possesses a wide exposure to complete lifecycle of data starting from creation to consumption
• S/he has in the past built repeatable tools / data-models to solve specific business problems
• S/he should have hand-on experience of having worked on projects (either as a consultant or with in a company) that needed them to
o Provide consultation to senior client personnel o Implement and enhance data warehouses or data lakes.

Ability to design and enhance scalable data platforms to address the business need
• Working experience on data engineering tool for one or more cloud platforms -Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP

About the role
We are building an exceptional team of Data engineers who are passionate developers and wants to push the boundaries to solve complex business problems using the latest tech stack. As a Big Data Engineer, you will work with various Technology and Business teams to deliver our Data Engineering offerings to our clients across the globe.

Role Description
• The role would involve big data pre-processing & reporting workflows including collecting, parsing, managing, analysing, and visualizing large sets of data to turn information into business insights
• Develop the software and systems needed for end-to-end execution on large projects
• Work across all phases of SDLC, and use Software Engineering principles to build scalable solutions
• Build the knowledge base required to deliver increasingly complex technology projects
• The role would also involve testing various machine learning models on Big Data and deploying learned models for ongoing scoring and prediction.

Education & Experience
• B.Tech. or Equivalent degree in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE 3+ years of experience designing technological solutions to complex data problems, developing & testing modular, reusable, efficient and scalable code to implement those solutions.

Must have (hands-on) experience
• Python and SQL expertise
• Distributed computing frameworks (Hadoop Ecosystem & Spark components)
• Must be proficient in any Cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)  • Experience in in any cloud platform would be preferred - GCP (Big Query/Bigtable, Pub sub, Data Flow, App engine )/ AWS/ Azure
