Support the Integration of the functional and technical aspects of the SAP template within the SAP HCM modules, providing application support and maintenance, including resolving defects and working on enhancements, integration and reconciliation Support SAP HR functionality, specifically in Personnel Administration and Time Management Modules Interact with member firms and end users to resolve incidents by developing workarounds, submitting defects and change requests Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of documentation to support change requests Participate in user acceptance testing and help to ensure smooth transport of code to the regional environments Manage tickets in Service Now/ HPALM/ JIRA and provide documentation for incident and problem reports, effectively coordinating support escalation communication with business, service desk and technical teams Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience using SAP HR, specifically in Personnel Administration and Time Management Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university Experience with Time evaluation, CATS and ESS Hands on experience with HR data migration, IDOC Processing, Interfaces, Integration with other modules like FI, CRM Basic knowledge of ABAP is a plus Ability to develop functional specification documentations and provide solutions based on the Business requirements
Required Skills :- Detailed understanding and experience with the SAP HANA technology Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP HANA SAP HANA modeling and scripting experience which includes ability to write complex stored procedures and scripted HANA views using SQL. Implement data models with SAP HANA using analytical and calculation views. Monitor, investigate and optimize these models and reporting performance on SAP HANA. Administer data models in SAP HANA, including setting of information validation rules, managing schemas, the importing/exporting and transporting of data models. Evaluate the impact of different implementation options such as table joins, aggregation, or filters and understand the implication on performance of the various reporting tools and connection types. Apply advanced data modeling techniques, including currency conversion, variables and input parameters. Implement decision automation using business rules. Working knowledge of various data loading and replication methods so to load data into SAP HANA from different data sources (e.g. SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP Data Services, or Direct Extractor Connection (DXC)) is desirable. Apply SQL Script to enhance the data models in SAP HANA using AFL, CE functions, and ANSI-SQL Understand and implement HANA Security model. Refer the JD above.
