In this employment, you are required to do at least 3 client meeting in a week and ensure effective communication and relationship management

Pentabay Software Solutions, a fast-growing IT services company based in Chennai, is hiring a GRC Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in cloud security and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). 🔑 Key Responsibilities

Secure Cloud Infrastructure

Design and deploy secure environments  ensuring alignment with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, PHI, and PII standards.

Firewall & Endpoint Protection

Manage and configure firewalls, WAFs, and endpoint security solutions to protect cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

GRC & Compliance Support

Contribute to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives by helping develop and implement policies, assess risks, maintain audit trails, and support compliance reporting.

Security Audits & Risk Assessments

Assist in vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and audits to identify and remediate risks, ensuring continuous improvement of security posture.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–7years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or related areas.
• Working knowledge of GRC frameworks, including policy creation, risk identification, and compliance reporting.
• Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and data protection best practices.
• Familiarity with firewall management, network segmentation, and endpoint protection tools.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience working with Canadian or international clients is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and good written and verbal communication skills

What you'll actually be doing

• Manage client relationships, ensuring metrics are delivered from Google/LinkedIn ads to clients
• Monitor key metrics daily, addressing performance issues and guiding team to be on track
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver results on time
• Lead and manage all client meetings/communications with data-backed insights and recommendations
• Manage team execution across all client campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years in a performance marketing agency
• Proven expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising platforms
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Problem-solving ability when campaigns underperform
• Excellent at managing multiple clients and priorities

Responsibilities •Deliver leadership to the highest possible standards on all loyalty/CRM related activity to the account: both thought and execution leadership is sought. •Manage all financial matters regarding the account, including deliverables within budgets and revenue targets. Ensure all matters related to collections are conducted in a timely manner. •Maximize revenue potential for the organization through the client partnership. Grow the services and offerings that the organization provides to the client •Using the organization resources and other sources, bring further elements to the loyalty program that would help the client fulfill its objectives •Liaise directly with the client, including when required with the senior management •Convey progress on the account including presenting to the client periodically on achievements and growth. •Build case studies that can be used both with the client and within the organisation to demonstrate the effects of loyalty and working with the organization

• Working experience on Python or Java Selenium, POM, TestNG, Maven, Web application automation, Eggplant scriptingJIRA, Maven, Eclipse.
• Expertise in automating the manual tasks with Batch - Shell scripting, API framework development, Automation framework migration
• Functional expertise on Eclipse - Java, TestNG,Maven, Web application automation, Senstalk
• Exposure to the applications launched on the Linux platforms.
• The role expects overall strong exp in Web Testing, DB test, and API Test areas.
• Strong knowledge of Scripting and Framework (Selenium Webdriver, Appium and API)

• Develop test plans alongside product designers and product engineers.
• Drive improvements to test framework architecture and test coverage.
• Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability (clean code, test pyramid).
• Track test gaps, quality, and productivity metrics. Work with other engineering teams to improve gaps from this data.
• Recommend improvements into overall best practices, design, testability and quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience of working in the Quality Engineering field
• 3+ Years of experience with UI & API test automation tools, (Selenium and etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in leading a team
• Proficient in TypeScript, Go, or a related programming language
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., GitLab)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
