Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Service Desk Analyst with expertise in call handling and ticket management. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience with ITSM tools, and familiarity with US customer support in a 24x7 operational environment. Retail domain knowledge and certifications such as ITIL, Google, or AWS will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and manage IT service requests and incidents efficiently

• Create, update, and resolve tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.

• Provide support for client environments including AVDI, Citrix, and Windows-based systems

• Perform basic Windows OS and network connectivity troubleshooting

• Update and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles

• Ensure shift adherence and active participation in shift handovers and team huddles

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution

• Support retail technologies such as POS systems, pin pads, MDM, and virtual interfaces

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a service desk/call center role handling US customers

• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy

• Familiarity with Citrix, AVDI, and Windows troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP-related issues)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a night shift and rotational 24x7 schedule

• Strong team collaboration and time management skills

We are looking for a good JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization

As a Visual Designer, your job will be to create high-end graphics for a range of clients in enterprise technology.

• Create aesthetic visual assets for our clients including corporate branding, animations, infographics, posters, banners, presentations, emailers and other requested design elements.

-Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, and Display)

-Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software

-Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms

-Manage social media marketing campaigns

-Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, and Programmatic)

You will be responsible for building and maintaining highly scalable data infrastructure for our cloud-hosted SAAS product. You will work closely with the Product Managers and Technical team to define and implement data pipelines for customer-facing and internal reports.

• Design and develop resilient data pipelines.
• Write efficient queries to fetch data from the report database.
• Work closely with application backend engineers on data requirements for their stories.
• Designing and developing report APIs for the front end to consume.
• Focus on building highly available, fault-tolerant report systems.
• Constantly improve the architecture of the application by clearing the technical backlog. 
• Adopt a culture of learning and development to constantly keep pace with and adopt new technolgies.

• Education - BE/MCA or equivalent
• Overall 8+ years of experience
• Expert level understanding of database concepts and BI.
• Well verse in databases such as MySQL, MongoDB and hands on experience in creating data models. 
• Must have designed and implemented low latency data warehouse systems.
• Must have strong understanding of Kafka and related systems.
• Experience in clickhouse database preferred.
• Must have good knowledge of APIs and should be able to build interfaces for frontend engineers.
• Should be innovative and communicative in approach
• Will be responsible for functional/technical track of a project
