Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and manage data from various internal systems, SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP modules, logs, and databases.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports and dashboards for operations, sales, finance, customer-support or other relevant teams.
• Use advanced Excel to build, maintain, and manage complex spreadsheets — including pivot tables, VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF/COUNTIF, conditional formatting, charts/graphs, macros/VBA (if needed) to automate routine reporting tasks.
• Validate and clean data — ensure data integrity, consistency; identify and rectify discrepancies or anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, support, finance, sales) to understand their data/reporting needs and deliver appropriate reports/insights.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis or custom reporting as required by management or US stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions/SOPs, report templates, and standard workflows.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports — especially considering night-shift schedule — so that US-based stakeholders receive data at start of their business day.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to make MIS reporting more efficient and reliable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (in IT, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or related field) or equivalent.
• Proven experience (1–3 years or as per company requirement) in MIS, data reporting/analysis, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including advanced formulas/functions (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH), pivot tables, charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data cleaning, data validation.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards/reports; comfortable using Excel for recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, anomalies, and draw insights.
• Good communication skills — ability to coordinate with different teams/stakeholders, understand requirements, and present data/insights clearly.
• Readiness for night-shift work from office; ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present methods, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.

About the Role

AbleCredit is looking for a detail-oriented RevOps Analyst to help scale the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, ensuring that our CRM, pipeline data, and reporting infrastructure give leadership a single, reliable view of the revenue funnel — from first outreach to bank and NBFC clients, through to renewal and expansion.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys working with data, is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing startup, and wants to build the operational backbone of a GenAI platform that serves India's lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including data hygiene, deduplication, field mapping, pipeline stage governance, and user access management.

• Consolidate, clean, and standardize data arriving as files from multiple sources (e.g., partner/lender exports, internal team trackers) and reconcile it with HubSpot to maintain a single source of truth.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle length, forecast accuracy, and revenue against targets for the leadership and GTM teams.

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders to support territory planning, account segmentation, quota tracking, and pipeline reviews for AbleCredit's bank and NBFC customers.

• Document and continuously improve lead-to-cash processes — lead routing, lead scoring, deal desk approvals, contracting, and handoffs between Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success.

• Analyze funnel performance and customer data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

• Support monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting and business reviews by consolidating data from CRM, finance, and product usage sources.

• Evaluate, implement, and maintain the broader RevOps tool stack (CRM, sales engagement, BI/reporting, contract management) and manage integrations between these systems.

• Act as a cross-functional point of contact for data requests, ad hoc analyses, and process troubleshooting from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

• Maintain data accuracy and compliance standards appropriate for a platform operating in the regulated BFSI (banking, financial services, and insurance) space.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or a related function; prior experience at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or BFSI-facing company is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and comfort querying and interpreting large datasets.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and BI/ visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase).

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate raw data into clear business insights.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.

• High attention to detail, strong process orientation, and comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

• Exposure to enterprise or B2B sales cycles involving banks, NBFCs, or other regulated financial institutions.

• Familiarity with sales engagement, contract/ CPQ, or customer success platforms.

• Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script) for reporting workflows.

• Prior experience supporting forecasting, quota-setting, or compensation processes.
