Requirements Position: UI/UX Designer Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full time Job brief The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing and developing highly usable web based user interfaces that deliver engaging user experiences. As a well-rounded developer, you will have an opportunity to share best practices, design patterns, and frameworks, while understanding the implications of software designs and implementation choices on application usability, performance and maintainability. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, mobile devives. Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design. Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools Understanding of common software project management practices Understanding of common software development practices Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Bootstrap framework.
