Job Summary

 To lead, develop, and implement strategic branding initiatives to position the organization as the preferred choice for IIT JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching. The Branding Head will drive all aspects of brand development, student connect campaigns, and enrollment-focused communication to improve brand recall, trust, and student acquisition

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Define and evolve the brand vision, mission, values, and tone for all verticals: IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation (6th–10th).
  • Establish a consistent brand identity across online and offline platforms.
  • Position the brand as a student-focused, result-oriented, and trustworthy coaching institute.

 

2. Student-Centric Branding Campaigns

  • Design innovative campaigns that resonate with students and parents across age groups (8th–10th Std.).

  • Initiate emotional branding that connects with aspirational goals of students and parental trust.
